Snapbox Self-Storage

Had to store my belongings during my move from out of state to FL. It's a no frills, straightforward storage space. Pros: - Easy to sign up and get a unit - Fairly priced for the area and space - Closing the account was super easy. I got an automatic email confirming I had moved out, and final payment was already deducted for the month. Cons: - Units are not rent controlled so items do get hot - Not enough flat beds. The property only has two onsite so it would be nice to get a couple more - Manager not onsite during business hours. It is my understanding that the property manager has to make rounds to different locations; but it would be good if they had someone in the office during regular 9-5 in case there are any issues. Other than that, no complaints. Would rent from here again if needed.

My recommendation is DO NOT RENT, LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE. The unit I had rented to you appeared wet, I lost what I had stored, there was nowhere to complain and no one to help you, the place is dirty, full of rats and other animals, due to an emergency I had to store my things there and I regret it 100%. Old, neglected, dirty, with leaks is the worst.

I received an email that my monthly rate had gone up so I called and spoke to Nitheesh he was able to get me a new lower price rate . I appreciate the help. My storage unit is fine the only thing I wish there was A/c or at least fans it gets really hot in there and also more flatbed dollies . Last time I went there was none so we had to make several trips

Classic Bait-and-Switch — Price Doubled After 3 Months We came here looking for a storage unit and found one for around $200/month—not even climate controlled, but it seemed decent enough at the time. Before signing, we’d already seen some reviews and heard from others that this place had a reputation for suddenly hiking up rates. We hoped it wouldn’t happen to us. Sure enough, three months in, the rate jumped to almost $400 with no explanation. Same unit, same conditions—just double the price. It’s clearly a pattern they rely on: get people in at a reasonable rate, then hit them with a massive increase once they’re settled and it’s too inconvenient to move. If you’re considering this place, just know what you’re walking into. We won’t be making that mistake again.

La persona que nos atendio en el lugar es muy amable y nos dio un excelente servicio, pensabamos tomar la unidad por un mes y decidimos quearnos mas tiempo gracias a sus recomendaciones

This used to be a decent storage facility. Now it’s a dump. "Climate controlled" units no longer have AC. Office is never staffed. Rodent traps everywhere. Flatbed dollies are missing or broken.

Good luck on anyone ever picking up . Not to mentioned I sent a email , told someone in person I’m moving out and called. I was still charged for the month even after telling them a week prior . I’ll never come back here.
