This store is ridiculously understaffed, overworked, and understocked. I have been coming here for over a year now. Internal problems are incredibly obvious as a customer who has worked in management before. Employee moral seems so low I loathe coming in here sometimes. Yes they greet you yes they snile but I can tell these people are just done. Every time I come in here to buy what I need that shows as in stock on the website I pay for it to pick it up and they never have it. Ridiculous. Hay is always left out when it rains and everything gets wet. Pine shavings are always wet. Bags are often ripped. I can see there being a ton of losses at this store. Either get more staff and pay them to care more about their jobs or change management because there is something going on at this store and it's affecting everything. I no longer purchase from here. I buy from Chewy now for all my chickens, meat rabbits, goats and sheep. This company is full of 'it' And 'it' ain't merchandise or happy customers.

Been coming here for years, since I moved to south Florida. There's been a few changes in employees but everyone there is super helpful, and always have helped me with anything I need. From price matching, to helping me find a new brand of chicken feed for my meat birds, the staff at this location has always been very nice. I often am helped by Daniel, Jack, Brianna, Alvin, Oswaldo, and Kodie. Great selection and generally stays pretty stocked despite the store volume. Keep up the great work everyone

It was my first time going to this store and it was great, I found just what I was looking for. However I found out my dog’s food was infested of WORMS. I didn’t even realize till today, I keep their food stored away. Today I realize because I see something white but full of the crumbs of the dog food and then when I look it the bag that I move the food around I see worms everywhere! This is unacceptable, now I have to take them to the vet because of this whole situation also mind you I paid $100 for this food. THIS IS DISGUSTING

Terrible experience, understaffed, everyone’s over worked, website doesn’t match in store inventory , a continuous disappointment my third time this month. And last.

Place overpriced. Every time you go there the place is in disarray.The never be a home depot or mernards if they dont get their act together.Not worth visiting.

I went to this store location late and hoped I would find what I was looking for. This store was clean, quiet and had good quality stuff. I was helped by Jack. He was awesome. He gave me excellent customer service during my visit. I will definitely return because of Jack. Thank you.
