CubeSmart Self Storage

We rented both an air conditioned unit and a non-air conditioned unit. Jeff, the Manager at this location, is a gem! He is personable, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. Jeff was able to locate units for us that were easy to drive up to for loading and unloading. We had rented both units when we put our house on the market in spring. The complex is very secure, easy to enter, and open at convenient hours. I highly recommend this location.

Advertised on their website free use of moving truck with new unit rental . It says to rent your unit and then call to schedule ur truck rental. So I did exactly that I paid almost $70 after all the fees and what not for them to tell me they dont have trucks they dont even know what im talking about then proceeded to tell me maybe thats for another state because none of the AZ locations have trucks. THATS 100% FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The very reason I rented with you guys was because of that amenity that you advertised was avaliable to me. Then when I asked for a refund it was going to take 6 to 10 business days to be back to my account. This was a time sensitive move,and I dont have the extra money to shell out while waiting for my funds to be refunded.

Guys when renting with CubeSmart be aware that you are on a month-to-month basis at any time they can raise your rate for instance they have raised my rate $25 more and I have been renting one unit for only two months so after two months I have been charged $25 more so don’t forget your contract is month-to-month. They can change your rate whenever they want to also, there’s no freeway of making a payment rather you go into a local office over the phone or online they will charge you five dollars for service fee. Also, if you are late, you are being charged $50 late fee each time that you are late so don’t forget this guys if you could find a better storage unit I would do that if I were you Especially those that are moving out of town if you’re paying $200 for a 10 x 10 just know that in a year it’ll probably be $350 for you so long-term don’t go with CubeSmart cause they can change their rate at any given moment, and you guys will be stuck, you’ll have to pay it or forfeit your storage unit so please find other ways t detaining storage unit because they are bad for business

Perfect space and a smooth transaction with Jeff at the Peoria location. If you’re looking for a storage unit I highly recommend CubeSmart. Super clean and easy access.

We have been a customer for almost 2 years; always punctual with our rental payments. Although I'm not so pleased with the ( almost $3 ) ''Online/phone fee': what I really feel is exorbitant is the following: Several days ago, due to our daughter's 'move out', we arranged to rent a smaller storage unit; to match our reduced need. I was shocked when I discovered that there was a mandatory "Move-in" Fee!; listed as an 'ADMIN FEE' of $29 dollars!!! For an 'EXISTING Customer!!!' That...is a POOR Business policy! Albert H

Kaisie was super awesome and helpful. Answered all my questions and made an otherwise arduous task of storage rental a good experience. The location itself is in a good area with easy access.

Jeff at the front desk was friendly and easy to work with. Made moving out a breeze. Would recommend their service.
