Had a great experience today with Flex movers Kevin and Dylan! Kevin showed up early and got straight to work moving things out to load the truck once it arrived, he even helped move some bulk trash pick up items to the curb for me! Dylan was a great help as well and drove the truck and treated all our possessions with extra care bubble wrapping and helping everything get put back together! Both guys weren’t deterred by the heat or the stairs to getting my boy safely in his first apartment! Couldn’t recommend this company enough between the telephone check in attentiveness to the professionalism of the movers I was super impressed! Thanks for making a super stressful thing like moving less stressful!

Dylan and Jayda are super awesome! I met them at Ace Hardware tonight and ended up talking with them for a while, I don’t need moving services but if I did, I would call them in a heartbeat. The way they talked about the company and how amazing their boss is and how he takes care of all their employees, even hearing them, talk about their coworkers being like family, you could tell they truly enjoy their job. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know.. Truly, two amazing employees you have there!

Absolutely Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I recently used flex moving and storage for my move, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I requested a quote, their communication was prompt, friendly, and transparent. The team arrived right on time, fully prepared, and handled everything with incredible care and efficiency. Jorge wrapped all my furniture, carefully packed fragile items, and even helped disassemble and reassemble a few larger pieces without me even asking. Not a single scratch or ding on anything — and I’ve moved enough times to know how rare that is! What really stood out was jorges professionalism and attitude. Every mover was polite, hardworking, and clearly took pride in doing a great job but he was extremely helpful. They turned what’s usually a stressful day into a smooth, even enjoyable experience. Their pricing was also very fair for the level of service and peace of mind they provided. I would recommend them and Jorge’s team without hesitation to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy movers who truly go above and beyond. ⚠️BEWARE: Negligent and Deceptive: They Destroyed My $1,000 TV and Tried to Cover It Up⚠️ Flex Moving/Storage handled my move on 10/2, and it was a disaster from start to finish. During the move, one of their employees broke my $1,000 TV and based on his behavior, it’s clear he knew exactly what happened. He told me I could "keep the tarp it was wrapped in," which at first seemed unnecessary, but now I understand why. When I unwrapped it later, my TV was completely shattered. It’s obvious he left the tarp to hide the damage. I immediately contacted the company and sent photos. On October 7th, I received a single email from Michael in their "claims department," promising a review within 7–10 business days. That was over a month ago. Since then, there’s been no response, no follow-up, and no accountability whatsoever. This company shows a complete lack of integrity and responsibility. They damaged my property, attempted to conceal it, and then ignored all communication. There is nothing professional about how they operate. If you value your belongings or expect even a basic level of honesty from a service provider, do not use Flex Moving/Storage. They will take your money, damage your items, and disappear the moment something goes wrong.

I met Dylan and Jayda from Flex Moving and Storage at Walmart , and I was so impressed by how friendly, professional, and genuine they were! Even though I wasn’t moving that day, their attitude and the way they represented their company really stood out. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in what they do. Based on my interaction with them, I can already tell that if I ever need moving services, Flex Moving and Storage will be my first choice.
