Love dealing with this tow company! Cruz got the job done in amazing time. My husband and I were very impressed. Hot day and having to lay on the ground to get my car on the flat bed he did a wonderful job. Very friendly to us and knew what he was doing! Customer service were very good too! Had a question and he helped right away. Thanks for having a caring and compassionate company. Made the experience so much better.

The company caused damage to my vehicle and refused to take care of the issue. Will not provide insurance information. And does not communicate. ALS the owner says the have 24 hour live coverage of all pick up. The owner told me that they have and would send videos coverage. But. That was a lie. When asked to provide video footage from the pick up the story changed to they have a glitch. Also they refuse to give me their insurance I formation

Just got a tow from these guys and I have to say It was a great experience to end a bad day. I would like to comment first on safety, craftsmanship and integrity of this young man. I work at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant and safety is first and foremost. Others that have hooked up my truck and hooked it up incorrectly, and this gentleman utilized the hooks at my front bumper and had the truck on the flatbed in a matter of minutes. I mentioned this process to everyone that has pulled my truck onto a flatbed. It is a very heavy truck and i've never been happy the way others performed this task. It is my recommendation.If you are on the side of the road and you need professionals to come to your rescue, these folks are the ones to call. If you get Sam on your call you should write a review. I rarely write reviews. I believe this gentleman should train others not only in means and methods but How to deal with the public. My hat is off to Sam. And I will store this number for future issues and to pass the word of a good man in a good company! THANK YOU GUYS FOR PROMPT AND SAFE PERFORMANCE!

This is by far the best service I have received. The dispatcher and the driver were so courteous. Kept in touch throughout the process providing updates. It was pricey, however expected due to the far drive and it was comparable to other companies. The courteous demeanor from the beginning is the reason I chose the company. Thank you!!

They were sweet, funny, lighthearted, quick, and very fair priced! My serpentine belt went out and 30 minutes after we called them, Luis was pulling up! 5-6 hours (9:30pm-2:30am) of trying to find the right belt (which didn’t happen) and limping my truck home (which resulted in a dead battery hence the tow) all saved by this amazing towing company and their team! Highly recommend! Thank you for getting my truck home safe!
