Sunset Auto Battery

I purchased a battery for my car and installed it, but the battery was dead. The next day, I returned to the store, and the employee, a white guy, informed me that he wouldn't exchange it without a receipt, and he had a really bad attitude. I explained that I had just bought it yesterday and that it didn't work, but he didn't seem to care. I then went to another battery shop located at 75th Avenue and Indian School. The employee there checked the purchase date and told me that the battery had been bought in 2021. He explained that it was a core battery, meaning that the first store was selling batteries returned by other customers.

Always my go to for a battery. Yes some may be used but let me tell you they work the same and last me longer than you would ever think. Customer service is always amazing. I go here because my parents would go here.

They sold me a bad battery i took it back they said it was good, so I took it to my mechanic and he confirmed it was bad. I didn't trust them to get another battery. They wont let me return it and instead gave me another one. Dont come here. Sketchy business.

To begin with, operation hours are all wrong. Second they have employees who don’t know what proper parts are needed for cars. Went in to get a battery for the car gave them the information of MY car and they gave me the wrong battery, when I was getting it installed it was too small, I went back to get it switched and they were closed already when hours said they still had 20 mins so I needed to go buy another battery somewhere else since I needed one. They refuse to give me my money back for THEIR mistake and said I could get store credit, why would I need store credit for a battery that was useless from their mistake? I got credit/insurance at the other place I purchased the other battery at. Will never come here again, waste of time and money.

Told me I could come right after I get off work at 4:30 it’s a 45 minute drive for me and I get there at 5:05 and they’re closed. Guess they don’t want business and care more about there weekend then being a successful company. Don’t come here if you’re wanting to be lied to. By them and the time on google.

Great customer service and a great price for a new battery with 1 year warranty. It made them sad when I did the swap myself, so I let them loan me a tool to help. 🙂 Supporting local business is easy when they're run by folks like these.
