Bryant Ferguson was very helpful to me. I’ve been coming here for the last month unfortunately I lost my husband. Had to go back to California, but his customer service. I’m speaking of Mr. Brian Ferguson was impeccable. I really appreciate the time the effort and the true customer service that I was given this young man should receive an award in my book. I see him doing hard work supervisor over him is not in today and he handled everything with great customer service. This is something that I can appreciate Been out of state customer moving into North Carolina. His skills are impeccable and I want to say thank you for hiring him for such a great position move The Man up in the company.

Adrian is truly one of the best managers I’ve ever met! He’s always friendly, patient, and goes above and beyond to help every customer. Even after his working hours, he’s still willing to help and take care of things for his customers, even outside the office. You can really tell he cares about people and wants everyone to have a great experience. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly and stress free. I really appreciate all his effort and kindness, thank you so much, Adrian!

There is a gentleman who works at this location, an African-American man with a low haircut, who consistently provides excellent customer service. Each time I’ve visited, he has been attentive, efficient, and professional, even when managing a long line of customers on his own. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the manager, Adrian, was quite the opposite. He treated my wife disrespectfully and was unnecessarily difficult to work with. His condescending attitude and unprofessional behavior were both disappointing and unacceptable. This level of customer service does not reflect well on the company’s standards or values, and I was genuinely appalled by his conduct. Because of Adrian’s behavior, I cannot recommend this location. If you must visit, I would advise doing so with caution until this issue is addressed.

I'd come back to this U-haul location just for the customer service I received from one of the employees with long (dreads, maybe?) he was moving trucks, taking care of customers doing it all. Not to mention he had me and my daughter laughing every time we saw him! Thank you again! We'll be back!

Employee tried to convince me the low tire pressure light was faulty and not accurate and to take the rental anyway. " The tires look fine" I had to request a new vehicle despite her expert lack of vehicle knowledge and business sense That brought it to 1 star.

The booking and pick-up process were simple. However, the drop-off took much longer due to one employee working this particular Saturday; great thing he had an amazing attitude through it all. I just would have rather been able to pay at check-out than going through the online process.

I rented a motorcycle trailer for a 4 day trip. When I showed up first thing in the morning to pick it up, the paperwork was quick and easy and I was on my way in 15 minutes. The only thing I would caution about is if you reserve online, make sure to change the return time if it's other than the same as when you pick it up. The software defaults to the pickup time when you select your return date.
