What a refreshing change! I called Plano Overhead Garage Door after another company couldn't honor their appointment today. I should have looked at reviews first and I would have called POGD first. Juan was even able to come an hour earlier than I originally expected. They asked my permission of course to allow this. Juan was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He corrected things that a home improvement retailer made shortcuts on during my last garage door installation and the last GDO installation. He replaced the springs, lubricated everything, and explained the follow up maintenance that was included, as well as all the warranty information. So happy!!

Wonderful experience using this team for full garage door replacement. The consultation rep was extremely knowledgeable, citing special preparations needed to replace our formerly vintage garage door. The concrete was drilled to make room for the new insulated door. All tracks and new motor were installed very well. Mess was cleaned up and we are enjoying our much quieter garage door! Will recommend!

My wife and I I went to their showroom to look at garage door openers, and upon arriving, staff was very quick to help and assisted us in choosing the correct opener for our needs. Also very pleased that we were able to get same day installation! Our installer, Greg B. was very courteous and professional, and did excellent work. He went above and beyond in assisting my wife and I with operation of the opener as well as download and operation of the app. I have used this business in the past and have always been thoroughly pleased with their service! Jake Hurt and the whole team at Plano Overhead was wonderful! Our 5 year old decided to hang on our garage door as it was opening and snapped a cable, causing the door to come off the tracks. Within a few hours we were on the schedule for the afternoon of the same day, but the technician was ahead of schedule so we were given the option to have him come earlier, which we gladly said yes to. Once at our house Jake was kind, educational and professional. He reattached the cable and put the door back on track, and replaced the spring, all in about an hour! Plano Overhead is the epitome of why I love using local businesses - we will ABSOLUTELY use them again and refer them to friends and family! Lifetime warranty on the new spring as long as we own the house and 1 year warranty on labor.

Best decision ever to use Plano Overhead Garage Door for a new garage door and with windows too! It was time to upgrade our 34 year old garage door. The same senior technician that quoted our door was the same guy to install it. Excellent, efficient installation by Kyle and Greg. Kyle spent time explaining the maintenance required to keep our new door running smoothly. The new door is quieter and the windows provide light that allows you to zip in and out of your garage without turning the light on when the door is down. The office staff (Lisa) was very knowledgeable about the entire process and provided great communication on the status of our door. They fixed install issues from another company that had put in our garage door opener. Very happy with product and services from Plano Overhead Garage Door. Love our new door!
