Excellent customer service. I was having a battery "emergency" and the owner saw me sitting out front and opened early for me. He and the manager were super helpful and got me what I needed, despite my car needing an unusual battery. Highly recommend these guys!

Awesome help from everyone here at the store. I was able to borrow some jumper cables to jump start my truck(20 deposit, refunded when you return item back. ) and then they even installed the battery I bought from them at no extra charge. Amazing customer service.

Exceptional Service! The owner and staff were exceptionally polite & helpful. I was on vacation on South Padre Island & having issues w/ my Chrysler Pacifica van. The battery had completely drained, & even after a jump & full recharge, the climate control system & air conditioner wouldn’t start. I went to 3 places before finding help at Napa, where they were game for trying anything. They fully disconnected the battery to effectively reboot the climate computer which worked. Awesome dudes; much appreciated!
