AT&T Store

My wife, daughter and I all upgraded our phones at the same time. The store couldn't have been more accommodating and efficient. Store manager, Holland, handled all three phones (different brands too! Pixel, iPhone and Samsung) brilliantly! She was adept, friendly and extremely helpful, and made the experience as painless as possible! Amazing job by Holland and the crew. We'll be coming back as happy customers. Thank you!

The store Manager Holland sets a very high standard for her staff to follow. Patience is a gift for her approach in making everything comfortable and receptive to helping with steps to go over everything to make sure ur getting the best deal is unspoken. Omg not to brag but her customer service was off the chain she made my day and transaction very easy uncomplicated. Thanks Holland and the crew and keep up the spirit love the service ❤️ .. I’ve visited this AT&T store several times for different purchases, and I have never—in over 30 years as an AT&T customer—been treated this well. Adam is amazing! I’ve been in the retail business for many years, and I can tell you he is truly an asset to your organization. Adam is the reason I continue to recommend AT&T and this store in Tradition to others. We stopped into this AT&T Store to ask a few questions. We were amazed with the professional, friendly, and helpful service that we received. The manager, Holland was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us to resolve some phone issues that we had. I highly recommend this store because of the great customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. The employees here are willing to say anything to make a sale, even if it means misleading customers about pricing. Sean provided completely inaccurate information about my trade-in, which led me to make a financial decision based on false expectations. When the mistake appeared on my bill over a week later, the manager admitted Sean’s error but couldn’t correct it. After spending three hours in the store, I left feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Dishonesty for the sake of commission is unacceptable.

Worst experience ever with ATT. Did not get adequate phone service; could not make calls most of the time or get a clear connection to have a conversation. After numerous complaints to the store and customer service, I changed providers after about only 10 days. During that period I had a medical emergency and no working phone!!! They wore me out. Doesn't matter what you discuss with them, its moot! And now they try to bill me. They should be paying me for pathetic, insulting service.

I would like to thanks Jagger , I stopped few months ago after another representative in a different location didn’t help me. I was recommended to buy another phone instead of fixed a minor issue with my phone. Jagger called the other location and spoke with the manager. Thanks him, I was able to return my phone and he fixed the old IPhone without any problem and received the totally refund . He is very kind, respectful, honest and reliable person. Thank you for you support. I mentioned to him today, but he didn’t remember, probably because this is the way that he supports others every single day , but I do remember and appreciate his honesty and dedication from the bottom of my heart .
