I have had numerous recent experiences with Bayshore Tire for a variety of reasons over the past several weeks, and on each visit, the front desk staff have been exceptionally knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating from the moment you arrive. I would particularly like to commend and extend a five-star acknowledgment to the two service advisors, John and Aiden. I have had the opportunity to work with them on multiple occasions, and they have consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Their honest advice, clear communication, and willingness to ensure that every concern is properly addressed have been truly commendable. They have been extremely helpful and accommodating, and their dedication has made every visit a positive and reassuring experience.

Finally quality service at its best! I was super impressed with the team at Bayshore. My classic mustang over heated while traveling south on the turnpike. Chris and his team took the time at the end of their day (Saturday) to diagnose and safely secured my ride until next business day on Monday. The team located the pierced hose and replaced it along with a new thermostats and fresh coolant fluid. Got me on my way to the keys with no problem. I have referred all my family to head towards Bayshore for superior quality service and professionalism!

I went for alignment of my wheels , the mechanic took 1 hour plus , he did an excellent job but due to a mechanical problem with my suspension, they could not complete the job so John the manager told me it will be a no charge job. That honesty , and great customer service. I have not experienced such honesty from a mechanic. I would recommend them anytime.

I just move to Port St Lucie so I don't have a "regular mechanic", one day I ended up with a flat tire and Bayshore Tires was the closest to me to get to safely. I'm so glad I ended up here. Their staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I ended up going back 2 more times for 2 other issues. I drive an older car that needed some tlc. Each time was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

What a great experience, I was looking for a place to service my car and found Bayshore Tire. They have excellent reviews online and decided to give it a try. The people are amazing, professional, kind. They explain everything clearly and the service center is clean and pleasant. I want to commend Hailey, she was my service advisor, she is a star. Our driver from Orlando was doing a delivery in the area and incurred a flat. He stopped by the shop to have it repaired. Unfortunately, these guys don't do CC over the phone so they let our team member leave at no charge!! Riley, Chris and John were so pleasant on the phone and could not have been more accommodating to our driver! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kind service!!
