TCCP LLC Concrete Polishing & Epoxy

We used TCCP to strip, grind and polish a concrete floor (in awful shape) for a new retail store opening in Jupiter FLA and could not have been more pleased with outcome and look. A stunning look - perfect for our mission. And TCCP was prompt, professional, no nonsense and got it done. BEAUTIFUL look. HIGHLY recommended.

I am super bummed to have to leave this type of a review. I waited a significant amount of time to see if Jeremy would do right by us, but at this point he is ghosting our out reaches. 5 months ago we hired TCCP to perform a grind and seal on our interior cement floors after we had all flooring removed. We had this done several years ago in another home in California (loved the results), so our expectations were VERY reasonable regarding the final look of the floors. We prefer a more industrial appearance and understood fully that there would be some imperfections. Jeremy shared images of previous work he'd done (or at least I assume this was work he had done) which looked very similar to our floors in California. A glossy, glass like finish. During the initial walk through, Jeremy did say that we would not know the quality of the concrete until the grind took place. He had his technician Robert perform the grind, and after he was done, he told both my husband and me, unsolicited, that in his experience, our concrete was excellent (there is relevance to the final outcome). When they were done sealing the surface, Jeremy mentioned in a few text messages that they were 'absorbing oddly'. When we went to the house and looked at it, it appeared that the sealant was sucked up in some areas, and pooled in others. When fully dried, you could see several issues: strange wavy areas, patchy dry areas next to super glossy patches. When we spoke to Jeremy about it, we discussed perhaps the need of another coat of sealer. He did not disagree. Later he told me there would be an extra charge to reseal because, in his opinion, the reason the floors did not turn out optimally was because our "cement was bad" and there was no fault in the way they performed their job. This was very disappointing and discouraging. Sidenote, not only had his technician raved about the quality of our cement floors, but the day after the sealer was applied, we noticed the hose that is connected to our highly chlorinated pool water (always kept outside the enclosed pool area) was pulled onto and left on the pool deck. When I asked him if he used this hose to mix his sealer, he said he did not. We believe he used the wrong hose and that the level of chemicals in the water he used did not adapt to the sealant. He did agree finally, to absorb the cost of the reseal after addressing our disappointment. In the meantime, we were having our kitchen redone, and we were considering having cement countertops put in. I asked Jeremy to reseal the floor prior to our new cabinets going in and he said he would rather wait until our counters were done to avoid the drive twice. He then sent us a quote for the countertops that was super inflated. It was 3 times the price of higher end quartz we ultimately went with (including the backsplash). They never came back out to finish the job and they have not sent us back our housekey after multiple messages. Jeremy has not even addressed the messages requesting the return of the key. The first image is what he sent me as an example of what to expect as a final outcome. The rest are our reality. To be clear, we had no issues with the ghost lines (lines that may appear after having years of tile). We think the ghost lines actually add character, and they were no fault of TCCP, but the surface quality is terrible and could have been corrected.

Jeremy is great, he was a pleasure to do business with. He really took the time to go through all the options for our situation, including price range/time of work/color and product quality. We had several conversations prior to start, but when signed the contract we had no doubts that we were getting a superior product from true professionals. I know there are other companies in the area but I truly believe that Jeremy treats every customer like a neighbor, he cares deeply about his product, company name, and how his customer will feel at the end of business. If your on the fence you won't find better than TCCP for your concrete flooring needs.

We started working with Jeremy two years ago when we were first starting plans for our new home. He was extremely helpful guiding us and our builder to the right choices regarding our polished concrete floor. The job was completed this week and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We took this guy Jeremy Benson, to small claims court over our floor and won, but…he changed the name of the LLC just slightly to avoid payment. We were left with a bubbling discolored interior epoxy floor and much damage to appliances, doors, walls. Avoid and beware!!!
