It took awhile due to Verizon’s system being down but Fred was able to go above and beyond with the whole entire transaction making the process a lot smoother. He’d the best guy here! Always gonna come back and recommend people this store location!

Save your time and go to the corporate location. I walked in they took 3 minutes got my receipt and I was on my way. I've had good experiences in the past but today was horrible. I waited 40+ minutes before even being able to be attended to. All I came in for was to return a phone. Ridiculous that they don't have people on staff for people who don't require buying a new phone and don't wish to have an almost hour long experience to just drop something off. I'll go to the saint Lucie West location next time. They have enough staff to function efficiently and take care of their customers. There were 3 other people that came in behind me and were waiting too. Good luck to them and any others because I won't come back to a place that doesn't value customers time. In the end they couldn't even help me. Nice guy, but a total waste of my time. I will never come here again

This store was wonderful. Needed an upgrade and they helped me out big time. Got me a great deal and also transferred all my stuff and made everything very easy

I came in with my older phone that I had for a long time. Still worked but needed to upgrade due to a small problem. I came in and was immediately greated and helped. This process was quick and easy and I was able to find the best solution for me. Thank you for your amazing customer service at this store.

Do NOT go here!!!!! Shady shady stuff going on here. Did a return to an unopened iPhone. They claim they still have to return the unopened iPhone to their warehouse. 9 days later and the unopened iPhone has not been received. Called the store to ask for confirmation it was sent out. They have no ability to track an iPhone sent back to their warehouse. Additionally, I purchased an ultra 2 watch with cellular service last year. Went into the corporate store today because my watch said "no sim, no connection." How’s this possible if I’m paying for an additional line? Go into the corporate store only to learn that the plan I have had for 20 years does not accommodate the cellular watches. So I’ve been paying for this extremely expensive watch (because it has its own phone number and cellular service) and never been reaping the benefits because of my grandfathered plan. After my experience with this store two weeks ago, I am 110% confident the representative who sold me this ultra watch last year, knew I could NOT use it with my plan but wanted the sell to for the watch so chose not to inform me I was paying for a watch that I couldn’t use the way I was intending and paying for. Trust me!!!!! Save yourself.

Came to the store to upgrade my phone I was helped by a nice employee he helped me out and made sure everything was working properly i highly recommended coming here
