Black Label Marine Group (Punta Gorda)

Absolutely the worst experience. Bought a new Crownline 305XS and have had numerous warranty issues. Black Label has been terrible at addressing them. The worst problem was paint peeling on the hardtop. After weeks of stalling they finally had someone repaint it and it is a disaster. The paint is rough, they damaged areas that weren’t even repainted and overspray everywhere including upholstery, dash, steering wheel and almost everywhere. They will not fix it. Beware

Black Label Marine Group in Punta Gorda, FL, is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. To begin, their service department is a complete disaster. The office staff is consistently rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking basic questions or following up. Once they get your money, customer service goes out the window. I purchased a brand new boat in the beginning of 2024 from them, and I'm still to this day waiting for them to fulfill items on the purchase contract. If you’re considering buying a boat here, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. Buying from Black Label Marine Group is nothing but a mistake you’ll regret for the rest of your life.

Overall, had a Great experience with black label marine group. We purchased our new (used) boat from them and across-the-board everybody was super helpful and even more importantly they did everything they said they were going to do. I would recommend them without hesitation. Also, I’m a shout out to the service department Nikole was excellent.

Scheduled a service for Tuesday. Boat was picked-up n both scheduled services performed plus additional warranty work that showed up that day! All was completed n boat was delivered clean the next day on Wednesday!! Can't thank the BL team enough. Great job n service (Mike n Wyatt)

I bought a boat at Black label. Marine had very good service from mike. and his sidekick John very knowledgeable and now I am set up with Nicole for service and she’s been treating me quite well. Thank you Black label Marin, Punta Gorda, Tim Norris.

Nothing but class. I represented an older friend of mine to purchase a new Sea Fox boat. We met John the owner and Mike the manager at a local boat show. I have never seen a business like this dots the i’s and cross the t’s like this group. First I would like to point out the respect shown towards my friend. It was overboard and appreciated. We picked up the boat in Punta Gorda. We were assigned a Captain for the day to go over the operation of the boat. His name was Patrick who himself, exceeded all expectations. Once again showing professionalism, respect and kindness towards my friend. We have picked up the boat and John has also offered to get us in touch with a reputable canvas installer to help us in that direction as well . If you are looking for a fair and trustworthy group to purchase a new boat from, you may want to reach out to them.

Love the experience from beginning to end they were super nice and helpful got my first new seafox and I love it black label ( punta Gorda )
