Old Hickory Sheds- Puyallup

Purchased second shed from Puyallup location. Salesperson was good no issues. I did have a big problem with delivery. The driver Fernando was unprofessional and unskilled he hit the side of my house ripped off my gutter, and left huge RUTS in my yard from his truck. He was supposed to use his mule but instead backed his whole rig on the ground that was set to handle the weight of a shed. He gave his word that he would fix the damage but didn't keep it. I contacted the company after a month they repaired damage to the shed only. Jake the supervisor from ohs directed Fernando to move the shed to a temporary location since the delivery was a debacle. I contacted my insurance company and ohs main office at this point no one is taking responsibility to fix this. Don't have Fernando as your driver and don't expect quality of service. I will not do business with them again!!!

We bought our shed in Elma and from sales (including their design website) to delivery, service was superior. Everyone was extremely helpful, pleasant, smiling and the entire process went smoothly. The delivery driver was nothing short of amazing. You can tell they all enjoy providing superior service and product!

Old Hickory sheds the quality isn't bad but the customer service at a corporate level is awful. If paying cash they are just okay if making payments they use every attempt to scam you out of even more $$. The most horrible business practices ever.

Would not purchase from this place again. Everything started out good. Shed got built and arrived in a timely matter. A day after it was delivered, it rained. I notice a leak in the roof. Upon further inspection. I find mold all over one of the walls. Been trying to get a hold of the builder and nothing. Been two weeks now. Must have given me a shed that was built already. Just sitting in their yard getting moldy, while leaking water. Very disappointed.

First off, delay in getting a shed by 3 weeks. No reason. No communication. Then first delivery guy, Francisco Hernandez he said his name was, hit a tree branch on the way here before getting here causing damage and now leaking due to rain 2 nights later. . His MULE broke down due to not listening to me. Left the shed not to its destination and inappropriately spoke to me on "I can run but not hide". Hide from what? And then someone at 1:55 AM decides to knock on the shed as a ??? Was it him? I WASNT going out to the shed half way in between my gate. He did say he hoped I didn't lose sleep over this and emailed me quite early that morning(7:11am). Delay that day Friday, was color of roof not what I ordered. I would have taken any color at this point..Shed almost fell off his trailer and the damage noticed right away. He said tree, low hanging branch. Was he not going to tell me thinking Oh she did that?.. I made him shut down. He was going to break his back trying to lift that MULE after it fell over. Said he felt like a worm on the ground. Maybe next time, listen to instructions, his wife was his 2nd person. She didn't like me taking pics. I am not going to do a reel. Chill out. Next delivery guy Saturday, didn't quite get it in its place, left his jack and did return but almost tipped it so I am like drop it before you lose it. Off about 2 feet in an area dug up for it. So now I am way off the ground. Rain happened next night and friend said look to see if leaked and sure enough, water marks. (Witnsss) and pictures. It needs a whole new roof maybe, vent bent, and other issues. . So team here in 2 to 3 business day? Nope. Not a word. No one has bothered to contact me since. So I have a damaged leaking new shed, trauma from this experience and now neglect again.. The sales person did his job. Only one so far. Wasn't the sheds fault. But please Go somewhere else. Driver 1 admitted no training. Driver 2 admitted we sure had it rough. Ya think? Wished I could share pics. I don't even give them a 1. Fix it. And not paying for a broken shed. They can come get it. Be courteous which we have gone way beyind patience. Totally not our fault. First shed I ordered and never again from this business. And I asked for just not corner support underneath. 6 spots, got 4, so I don't feel safe in it as high off the ground to get it leveled. . Totally delayed all my summer projects. It is a useless shed right now. Who does this??.

Great variety but it felt like we disturbed him by visiting.

I bought a 12'x20' lofted barn shed and couldn't be happier! It is well built with good materials. Brian made my purchase easy and fun to boot! When my shed was delivered, the guys were nice, and did a fabulous job! When I found two small issues, one being a misfire on a nail inside the shed, the other was a warped piece of siding, they were fast and friendly when they did the repairs. I wouldn't pay much attention to the negative reviews, myself, as I had a great experience from beginning to end. Management was great to work with, as were the delivery crew. I can't say enough GOOD things about my shed! I've had it for 2 years now, and highly recommend Old Hickory Sheds! Once my shed is paid off, I plan on ordering a garage/shed from them.
