Trojan Storage of Puyallup Meridian

Cesar was extremely helpful when picking the right size of unit for me. He walked me around the property and made sure I knew how to work the app before leaving. I rented a U-Haul from the few weeks later and again Cesar was amazing. Would highly recommend this facility

Cesar was phenomenal to work with, I can’t say enough good things about him and his customer service. We had a poor experience with a worker at the U-HAUL p/u location and when I pulled into the lot at Trojan storage for a D/O I was nervous but immediately he was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. So knowledgeable and easy to work with. We quickly realized we met him at another Trojan storage location where he was just as great to work with a few years back. Thank you so much! I was stuck in traffic along with another customer which caused us to arrive a couple mins after closing. Cesar was a gem he helped me and the other customers who had called ahead prior to closing. Despite the office being closed. He was gracious, committed to providing excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed. I am grateful that he stayed open when he didn't have to 10/10 I highly recommend.

Cesar was incredibly patient and so helpful with my check in and registration. He was super thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about the process and technology used at the facility, he’s super friendly. I definitely recommend this place.
