Big Red Locksmiths

I needed a second key fob for a car I just purchased. It's not cheap, but not as expensive as other places I checked. They did a great job, also got me a new door key, showed me how everything worked. They even found my door code for me. Thanks guys.

I came in the other day because I needed to clear my keys on my Ford. After talking to other locksmiths and other companies and dealerships, big red locksmiths we're able to get it done with a fair price. I got a spare key and my key feature cleared under $200. I came into Big Red Locksmiths on Thursday September 18th to get myself a new key fob for my car. I saved myself almost $300 dollars by coming here instead of going to the locksmith of where I live as they were going to charge me between $350-$400 dollars. I am so glad that I didn’t go with them and I went with Big Red Locksmiths instead. Tim and Tony were very helpful and very professional and they were delighted to have me as a new customer and I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend Big Red Locksmiths as you will not be disappointed.

Big Red Locksmith got my car running, and the locksmiths who came out were super nice and professional. However, when my wife called back with a question about their work, the person answering the phones was rude, hung up on her, and promised to send someone—but never did. The techs themselves do great work, but the guy who sits on his butt answering calls needs a new job. Don’t do business with these guys until they fix their customer service.

Called Big Red, they gave me a quote and were out immediately that day. James was great to work with and explained the situation with my key fobs now that the ignition on my Honda had to be replaced. Would definitely call again for locksmith work.

Lost the only key I had to an '05 Corolla. Big Red provided excellent, honest service at a reasonable price. Jared H. got me back on the road in less than an hour. These guys know what they're doing.
