Jeanette went above and beyond to get my unit despite a few online issues! She’s super friendly & great customer service. I was surprised she was not the manager, time to move her up !
Celina was the first person to help me and over the phone and the call center they didn’t give me the correct size and she helped me move two different storages. She was extremely kind and helpful. It was very appreciative for her help that day. And now today on move out day, Jeanette was extremely helpful. Made the process quick if I need another storage, I will definitely be coming back to this storage facility. Thank you and thank you for your staff.
My husband rents a space here for our RV and they’ve always been really nice and communicative here. I appreciate that they always have someone available and the place is pretty well maintained (other than the building that burned down). Thank you to Lily and Tulsi for helping me pay the bill the other day, I should’ve written a review sooner. If you need a spot I’d highly recommend this one! Very convenient and 24hr access with cameras and personal code.
We rented a storage unit here for about a year, and had a great experience. The staff was always polite and helpful especially Jeanette upon our departure. The area is kept very clean and they have excellent pest control all around. Overall a great experience but we moved too far to commute to this storage. 100% recommend

I have been utilizing prove self storage for almost 5 years. The staff here are all amazing! Have always been personal, professional and accommodating! The environment is always kept clean and I have never had any issues! Highly recommend! Janette is awesome!
