Gabriel was so amazing! Very professional, polite and thorough. Fun facts, my neighbor’s sister recognized him from when he helped her a few times. She boasted about how wonderful he is and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you Gabriel, I felt safe and secure knowing you were taking care of my car.

Absolutely awful experience. Predatory pricing and extremely unprofessional behavior. This towing company charged me $375 for a tow that took no more than 20-25 minutes total — my house is just 4 minutes away from their lot. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges (which any reasonable person would do), I was met with rude, hostile behaviour. Charging for a full hour when only a fraction of that time was used is misleading and potentially in violation of California's consumer protection standards. According to the California Vehicle Code §22651.07 and related regulations, towing companies are expected to pro-rate hourly charges based on actual time spent, unless clearly stated otherwise in a manner compliant with the law. Instead of calmly explaining the bill, the staff became defensive and outright threatening — saying things like "We don’t have to release your car," and "The longer you wait, the more it'll cost you." It felt like they were using fear and pressure to force me to pay without question. That’s not customer service ——-that’s intimidation. They also tacked on a $75 storage fee despite the car being there for barely over an hour. It’s clear they’re not billing based on time or fairness — they’re charging flat-hour rates and hoping people won’t fight back. I’m filing formal complaints with the California BAR, CPUC, and BBB. I would recommend others that as well otherwise these fraudulent companies will continue to charge insane amounts of money.

We arrived to pickup my car at 8am because that is the time it says they open and no one arrived to help us until 9am. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Car was there for less than 24 hours and we were charged an obscene amount of money to get it back. Awful company, awful workers, awful policies.

One of the towers was extremely rude and unprofessional! He was very racist and mishandled me even when I didn’t give him any reasons to! When speaking to another person it was like night and day! We weren’t the same race and both perplexed to why he was being so aggressive to me! I would not recommend this company! You guys should retrain your workers to not take there personal issues out on people!

We got our car stuck yesterday, Gabriel was sent out. He was awesome, he got sooner than what they had told us on the phone and was able to get us out within 30 minutes and no damage to the car. Thank you for the help Gabriel, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Just put a call into AAA for a tow and Gabriel with Steve’s towing was sent out. It was a seamless process with Gabriel. Had great knowledge of cars and helped dial in where my issue was. May not be part of their job description or allowable part of his job. But very grateful for his help today. If I ever need a tow from them again I hope he is my driver they send out !! Awesome service thanks again Gabriel!!

The guy driving this Steven's Towing truck cut off over 100 cars in line to get off the 15 south and onto 805 south by driving into the center divide and forcing his way in. He stopped every car on the 15 south to do it as well. No consideration for others on the road, a danger to himself and others. Fire him. 4/16/2025 3:40pm
