T-Mobile

Today, I stopped at the Raymondville T-Mobile store as I needed help to install a screen protector on my phone. Mario greeted me with a smile and assisted with the installation. He asked if there was anything else I needed help with. I told him I was having issues with an application. He did troubleshooting and fixed the issue. He stated they were available if I encountered any issues in the future. A T-Mobile in my hometown (Raymondville) is so convenient. I don't need to travel far to get T-Mobile assistance. Love having a T-Mobile store in Raymondville.

First off Big Shout out to Mario, thank you for all the help and great knowledge that you shared with me and my family. The service is truly amazing and outstanding. Keep up the great work Mario, and for anyone that has doubts about T-Mobile give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.

I was having some major issues with storage on my phone as I was heading out of town I stopped at Harlingen store which was extremely busy so I decided to try the Raymondville store instead. As soon as I walked in, Jason approached and offered his help. I mentioned how I was having issues even texting due to lack of storage space but I was extremely terrified of losing any pictures and chronological order; Jason offered several options; he "tested" before preceding to give me assurance that this would work. His patience and professionalism are extremely appreciated. Having worked in Customer service for over 35 years, I do not see much "help" out there, especially from the young; I truly appreciated Jason's "service with a smile", his laid back attitude, all the while reassuring me that he could help. Trinidad at TMobile in Raymondville was very Professional, extremely Talented, Sociable and knowledgeable her area of expertise. What can I say, Excellent Skills. "She is the Best."

In the past, I had to prep for a few days before going into a mobile phone service center. That has never been the case since I switched to T-Mobile. My first visit to this location was the best experience I have ever had at any service center. I went in to upgrade my phone and Michael and a young lady who's name I did not catch, far exceeded my expectations. Everything was explained in great detail and when I upgraded from a an iPhone 13 Pro Max to an iPhone 16 Plus, they did not try to push me to upgrade to a Pro Max. I greatly appreciated that they listened to what I needed and not necessarily to what would have been best for them.
