Really happy with our experience here getting a travel trailer. Liz was great at finding us a better buy and deal while going above and beyond with customer service (listening for what my wife wanted and getting a unit with bigger bathroom and better quality). Bobby was really awesome at making sure my application was set up for the best loan results and providing fun conversations to pass the time. Jeff worked really hard and worked with Bobby and Liz to get me a great sales price to get the best loan possible ( Really am grateful they bent over backwards to help us achieve a dream buy). On our Demo day it was long but so worth the wait Miles the Tech came out and showed us all the work the did to sell us a quality trailer (replacing the toilet, properly packing the wheel bearings with grease etc.) Ben was very thorough at showing us the slider worked, Radio worked, TV, what to do if the slider got stuck, 4 hours to make sure we knew our trailer was in top working condition for being used. Thank you so much all of you for your hard work and dedication!!!! Will refer your team to my friends who wish to buy 5 star service for sure.

I would like to give a shout out to this business and encourage others to patronize them with confidence. I was staying at a hot springs resort in nearby CA when the internal wire assembly that allows for flush and fill of my (aging) Thetford commode broke. After spending quite a bit of time online searching for it, a long since discontinued part, I began calling Reno RV dealers. The first 3 I called were pretty dreadful in terms of customer service and attitude. I was about to give up when I called the good folks at Blue Compass. I spoke with an ebullient lady named Sabrina in parts, and she clicked away on her keyboard and announced they showed 1 left in stock, but could I please hold while she went and actually put hands on it. When she returned and said she had it in her hand, I immediately offered to pay over the phone with my cc. She informed me they didn’t allow that, but she would hold it behind the counter with my name on a post it note, and it wouldn’t be a problem for me to come in on Saturday (this was Thursday) to get it. I was waiting on some packages to arrive and wanted to make only 1 trip, as I would be riding my motorcycle. On Saturday I arrived around lunchtime, and Sabrina wasn’t there, and the other staff were having trouble locating her coworker. Everyone, from the general manager, who offered me 2 chilled bottles of water, to the staff who tried to log on to the parts register to process me out were just lovely. It took them awhile (they never did locate the actual parts guy) but they got me squared away and laughed as I jokes about what life savers they were. I would give them 20 stars if I could!

My parent's and I had such a great experience at Blue Compass here in Reno. Shannon Miller, the Sales Manager, and Niko made my RV buying experience absolutely seamless. Shannon set the tone with her friendly professionalism, and Niko’s knowledge and patience made choosing the right RV stress-free. We couldn't be happier. No pressure—just genuine care and excellent service. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience I had with Rob and Shannon at Blue Compass RV in Reno. They listened to my needs and what I wanted and they found the perfect camper for me.
