6AM appt is a 6AM appointment. We had other contractors here waiting and after multiple calls the technician arrived 45 minutes late. His response "well I’m here". Seriously, bro? Not to mention to initial calls to dispatch requesting service resulted in promises of calls back which never happened. Only after a salesman’s intervention did we get any calls at all.

Nice workforce. Ppl are nice in here, though there's hardly any parking. No overnight parking not even on the street. Sign on the street says no parking 12.00a.m. to 3.00a.m.. Swing wide when entering and swing wide when exiting.

I recently purchased a used electric forklift through these folks and had an excellent experience thanks to the salesman's (Neil M's) top-tier service. His communication was exceptionally prompt and clear, his knowledge of the product was excellent, and his general customer service was the best I've had with any business transaction to date. The charger was lightly damaged in shipping (a small circuit board had fallen off), Neil arranged for it to be repaired at no charge, and a technician was dispatched essentially immediately to complete the work. Exceptional customer service from an exceptional employee, thanks Neil!

Edison Pangilinan, the technical parts coordinator is a great asset for NWHS. He works hard to make sure everything is just right for the customer. His responsive communication is much appreciated!

Don't waste your time here if you're looking for warehouse work. Shipping and receiving management at the time of this post is awful. And the gossip in this warehouse for how small it is, can feel overwhelming. Glad I got out of there when I did, they need help. and I'm not talking about labor, the logistics manager is very abusive with power it's all he seems to care about, which is a shame because the work is honest and not quite difficult. When they finally hire good management for that warehouse maybe things will actually get done right. EDIT: it is to my knowledge that the logistics manager role has been taken on by a new person, someone more capable of running this position both logistically and with a better attitude towards his fellow workers. He's knowledgeable and has been with the company for multiple years. Moved to 3 stars from 1.
