I bought my third travel trailer from these guys and it was by far the best experience of all. Every single person I dealt with, from salesman Chris, manager Brant, the finance guy, the folks in the parts department, and Jonathan, the service guy who did an excellent walkthrough of all of my camper's features, were not only very good at their jobs but also just great people. I didn't buy an expensive camper but they still treated me like royalty . I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. A+++ rating

Went to the Richmond raceway RV show and met the great folks at A&L RV sales. My wife and I have been looking at the 2025 Coachman Catalina Summit series and they had a bunch at the show. We ended up picking up at 164BHX and each part of the process went smooth, no surprises and they had everything ready for us to pick it up a week later. Got a full tour and breakdown by their techs on how to use everything on it. They encouraged me to record video for the more complicated parts. This was our first camper so all the water bits is new to us. We definitely recommend A&L RV!

Sales: Chris was great! They are not pushy. They are knowledgeable in the products. They ask good questions so they know what products to show you. Finance: Explained everything thoroughly; process was smooth. Prep/delivery: Went over the unit thoroughly and answered all our questions. This is our 3rd unit purchased here, first under A&L. (originally Southern RV). We weren't sure what to expect because the Patterson's left big shoes to fill but we were very pleased. They accommodated us so we could move our stuff out of the old unit (which was there for warranty work) to the new unit. We definitely recommend A&L Richmond.

From the beginning to end, customer service was amazing. Chris was such a big help with everything. Parts and service department explained everything simple as ever. The finance department was great as well. Overall two thumbs up!!!
