Robert Abeyta and his Team are great! His thoroughness, knowledge and practicality were beneficial to his customers. He came to our house three times to answer our questions and concerns for me and my wife Sandy. Whygen installed our system within two months of signing the contract. I have recommended him to my friends and family. Great experience both from Robert and the operation crew that installed are solar panels.
Louis Gonzales, energy specialist, was our contact at WhyGen Solar. He was very knowledgeable and supportive on our solar project. We appreciated all his help and guidance in providing information, costs, timelines, etc. for the project. He was never too busy to answer our questions and was extremely pleasant to work with.
How many times does a rep need to pound on the door and ring the doorbell? I guess if no one answers the first time, keep ringing the doorbell and knocking right? I'm so tired of these solar companies knocking on my door day or night completely disregarding the "no trespassing" and "no soliciting" signs next to my door. Either they can't read, or they just don't care. These poor qualities reflect on a business that I would never want to support.
Juan and Robert are true professionals. Our monthly summer bills usually hovered around $350-$425 here in the high desert of Albuquerque. My bill now is approximately $40, yup you read that right.....would not hesitate to recommend WhyGen Solar.
It was a pleasure contracting with Whygen Solar for my new solar panels. When I requested a local project lead, the salesman, Robert Abeyta, who negotiated the contract with me for Whygen, stepped into the role and did an outstanding job! All my questions received prompt answers and the few but unavoidable hiccups thrown his way by the local power company were handled with speed and courtesy. The work crews were similarly outstanding. They demonstrated respect for my property and cleaned up after themselves. The solar panels are generating power as promised and even with my newly added HVAC system have dramatically reduced my power expense.
Whygen Solar is an amazing company if you are interested in Solar install. I usually get agitated with door solicitors and immediately shut them down and close my door. Noah was different. He is very calm, compassionate and doesn't make you feel pressured when he knocked on my door to offer Solar. Upon completion of our meeting for a bit, I agreed I was interested in getting information on install. The next person I met with Wygen was Louis. This gentleman is another great person who came to my house on 3 different occasions to go over the information. Every time he came over, I had to cancel because something more pressing came up. Louis was always great and compassionate and would simply reschedule to my convenience. When we finally sat down to do the process, he spent almost 3 hours explaining everything and being very transparent and answering questions and going over all of the fine print in the paperwork. After this step was completed, Louis handed me off to my representative who responded with constant emails and text messages ensuring I knew what was going on in the process and what was needed at any particular time. This company and staff is how a business is supposed to operate and I'm very glad I didn't treat them like the others and shut the door in their face. I will be making recommendations for them throughout the future
Juan Fernando and a team member came to talk to us. He was very professional and patient with the information. Very kind gentleman. Thank you Juan!
