Empire Electric is the best! My air ter conditioner was serviced and after 23 years, I needed a new one. Nate, Cody and Dave replaced my air conditioner. They were on time, competent and addressed all of my issues. Highly recommend Empire. It's nice to have one company to meet all my needs, heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electric that I trust!

Have been using Empire for several years now and have been more than satisfied. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Had a problem with our A/C and a service representative (Chris) was here within 1/2 hour of our call. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it. Prices are very reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about the technicians or the company as a whole.

Empire Heating & Air came out today to do our furnace and AC cleaning and the tech Dan was Great! Very friendly and went above and beyond! If you ever need anything done with your furnace or AC make sure you call them!

The technician who came to our home was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the company’s pricing structure left us very disappointed. Charging $215 per pound for 410a refrigerant feels extremely excessive, especially considering the wholesale cost is likely closer to $12–$15 per pound (if not less). While I understand the need to factor in overhead, labor, and a fair margin, this level of markup comes across as predatory and unfair to customers. Great service shouldn’t be overshadowed by pricing practices that take advantage of people in need.

From the initial visit to installation, the professionals at Empire did a fantastic job all the way. Maurice Speranza and his team were reliable and provided excellent service. I'm very pleased with the furnace and water heater installation.
