Little Green Apple

Thank you so much to the Little Green Apple Store in Rockford. I sincerely appreciate the customer service ‘can do’ attitude of Kim, the store manager. I live downstate, and my local Little Green Apple Store did not have the item I was searching for. In checking with other locations, I learned that this Rockford store had the item. I spoke with Kim, and not only did they have the item I wanted, she offered to mail it to me. Yay! Kim made my day! My favorite Hallmark in town! They have the best selection of clearance and holiday cards! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Of course I was visiting the day before Mother’s Day and multiple customers walked in while I was there and everyone was welcomed in and asked if they needed help. It was funny because 99% said "Mother’s Day card for my wife" is what they were looking for! Too sweet!!

Absolutely love Kim! She always calls and lets me know whenever they get a shipment of these squishmallows in that I collect! She is so sweet and very considerate! Never started going to this location until I met her!

Super friendly and helpful employees! They know their merchandise. This store is always perfectly orderly and clean. They like us to ask questions, because they might have what we need (specialty cards, gifts, etc) in the back room. Great shopping experience.

Needed 4 more ornaments to max out my bonus points. Saw the new Grinch stuff and checked out the discount area (75% off).

Had to get a card for my dads birthday last minute and good ole Hallmark was there to save the day, not Amazon Prime this time! I hope this store there never leaves us like the one at our mall did. It’s very close and convenient right next to a Ross where anyone can shop for a gift there too!
