These guys were super nice when I went in to get my oil changed but few days later I noticed an oil stain on my driveway. Opened the hood to see what was wrong and the oil cap was never replaced. All the oil had spilled out onto everything under my hood and onto my driveway. I was out of town on a road trip so I had to pay an additional $80 to get it fixed since I couldn’t just go back to them. Not to mention the cost of property damages to me and my sister’s driveways. I’m sure it was an honest mistake and otherwise, people seem to like this place. It’s super convenient to my house and other cafes and stores in Sugarhouse so while you wait you can find things to walk to, but this mistake has cost me dearly as a broke college student. $70 for the initial oil change $80 to get another oil change and a replaced cap $200 lost on my security deposit from my landlord Anywhere from $100-$400 for my sister’s driveway to be pressure washed (we’re waiting on a quote

Nice guys but spent more money on a guess they had that produced the same problem. Brought it somewhere else where they check inside the engine without just reading the computer and was told my car was to the point where repairing it would be a waste of money and it would be better to junk it so essentially paid them for nothing which is disappointing because I do not have money to just throw around like that as I’m disabled and not able to work.

I had a pretty good experience with them back in April when my car needed some major work done. I came to them for a second opinion, they agreed with the first one but had a slightly lower quote so i went with them. They did a great job. I also really appreciate that they almost always have same-day availability, unlike many other shops in the area. But this week, I took my car in for new brake pads and rotors. The technician messed it up bad enough that I had to bring it back in the next day — and then when I got it back the second time, they still hadn’t fixed the issue. It took three trips for a pretty routine repair that should have only taken one trip. It also didn’t help that they kept forgetting to call me when they were done, so I waited much longer than I needed to. I will say that they dealt with their mistakes pretty well, they were apologetic, and on the third (and final) trip they even had the boss double check their work to be absolutely sure I wouldn’t have to bring it back. And, of course, they didn’t charge me any extra for the second or third repairs. I think they’re mostly great guys. They run a good and fair business, and they don’t charge you more than they have to or try to sell you on things you don’t need. But, I think based on this experience, I’ll be going to a different shop the next time my car needs repairs.

I have been taking my little red truck here for the last 4-5 years to get worked on (because I’m lazy ) I’ve never felt ripped off or taken advantage of here. Best part they are frank and straight to the point with you. I really do feel that they are here to work for me not against me. I enjoy dealing with Adam because he isn’t afraid of busting my chops or giving me a bad time about my truck. Thanks for all the hard work you guy’s do, so I don’t have too

The best guys!! I was having the worst time trying to find a working air fill machine and they came to my rescue. Kind, helpful, free air and great tire advice. Thank you so much!! Note: their garage has a height limit, our 9’ 3" van was too tall to fit inside.

My car stood at this car service for two days and nothing was done. Should have done some simple maintenance. If you have any questions, I asked you to call me. Nobody called two days ago. When I came to pick up my car, I was freaking out. I came here on a recommendation. Very bad! Irresponsible! Lowest score!

My family has been coming here for car repair for at least 30 years. This is a place that you can trust. They are honest and do a wonderful job. I just picked up my car from them for something I figured would be a HUGE issue, but it turned out to be something so simple that they didn't even charge me. I know when I have car problems, that I can always trust these guys.
