⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service! I had an excellent experience with Intermountain Battery — Tyler and Josh were absolutely amazing to work with! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my battery was installed correctly and everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find a team that’s this professional and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend them to anyone needing battery replacement or service!

Took a battery there that was still under warranty. They told me the only way to claim the warranty is if they were to charge the battery and it doesn’t hold a charge. When it came time for me to pick it up today, they said they had hooked it up to an even faster charger but now the battery was way too "hot" To test the charge. They just keep making up excuses so they don’t wanna warranty me out a new battery. Come on do better

I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. I bought a Mercedes battery from them that came with a two-year warranty. When the car failed to start, I took it back — they claimed the battery was fine. My mechanic later proved the battery was the problem. After replacing it, my car started perfectly. It’s frustrating that their "testing" was wrong and they didn’t honor the warranty properly. I expected more honesty and professionalism.

This Shop will be my #1 Stop anytime I need a battery. The Employees make you feel like your their friend. No kidding! Very professional yet personable. I recommend them 100%.

After being taken advantage of at a dealership for too many years, I’m so grateful for a company that does honest business. They found out that the dealership has been installing the wrong battery and it was also installed incorrectly. And I know I had been overcharged for that wrong battery!

I have been using these guys for a couple years now. Everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t mess around and get you in and out quickly. Even their front counter lady knows her stuff and is helpful and such which I think is cool. I definitely recommend them for everything related to batteries. They will also remove the old and install the new one for free.

They’re prompt, friendly, and helpful. What more could one ask for?
