O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went in on 11/09/25 Sunday mid morning for wipers and headlights. The counter staff was rude and seemed like it was a burden for them to assist with any kind of advice or impart some knowledge of the product. I bought the parts anyway and asked if he might show me how to install them. His reply was that he didn’t know anything about installing either part. I thought about my experience on my way home and decided to return the parts to a different store for a refund. I drove across the street to AutoZone where I was greeted with a smiling, knowledgeable counter person who not only took time to explain my options but actually installed the windshield wipers and headlights. I tried to give him a $10 tip but he initially refused saying "this is my job and I enjoy helping my customers." After a bit of verbal wrangling, I stuffed the $10 bill in his front shirt pocket and quickly entered my car and drove away. That AutoZone employee is a fine example of exemplary customer service and has won all future business from me. Maybe other O’Reilly stores are different but I would avoid the store at 200 South & 8th East. Salt Lake City

Tamara is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! I don’t know a lot about cars and sometimes feel intimidated by auto stuff but she made me feel very at ease and explained everything I needed to know. She came out in the heat and installed my new battery for me and made sure everything was clean and working properly. It was a good experience and I’ll definitely come back here again if I need anything!

I Needed some new wiper blades—so nothing complex. But Hillario helped me get the correct blades, double checked everything, and even put them in for me. Great customer service!

I came in for a battery check, and Juliette was super helpful. She was kind, patient, and took her time to make sure my vehicle got the best possible care. I would definitely come here again in the future.

Huge shoutout to Hilario! The store was packed and he was the only one helping inside while another teammate was outside working on his truck. An angry customer came in, and Hilario handled it like a pro calm, patient, and professional. Very impressed with how he kept things under control and still took care of everyone. The frustrating part of my experience here is the store being full, and the gentleman was asked if you come in and help completely ignored the customer and continue working on his truck. I would suggest more customer service training for that team member. That’s why i gave them 4 stars

Went in an hour before closing. Got wiper blades and guy installed them for me and all the while had a good chat. Good man and will keep coming here

Tamara I think she's the assistant manager she is amazing ! She is super nice and super helpful she puts up with me bringing my truck battery in like five times a week to charge it lol .because the truck is having problems and im trying to fix it. But the truck drains the battery.
