The AutoZone on Thousand Oaks and Jones Maltsberger refused to honor my battery warranty, they helped me at this location and I am thankful. I won't go to the other store again, they also got me a little cart here to carry the battery, I appreciate that . . .

Alan C. The parts manager is amazing. I brought my sons bike to Alan and asked if he could help me with a chain on my sons bike. He immediately said yes and began to help get the chain back on. He even went to get his personal tools. He didn't have to help me and he went above and beyond for my sons bike! Thank you Alan. You're the best.

Suddenly had battery issues without warning after a movie, most Walmarts and value places didn't have my battery in stock. Found plenty in stock here. Started working on changing it out and realized my wrench was too big for one screw but luckily I was able to borrow a narrow extension to get that one pesky screw. Saved me from more headaches by having everything in one place with helpful staff.

Alec helped us install a new battery, and the car started freaking out. He was patient and knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem and get everything working correctly.

I went to the Auto Zone on Nacogdoches Rd. to replace my windshield wiper blades, simple right?! Well the blades I purchased were quite different from the ones that were on my car. I went back to the store, because I thought there was a missing piece in the package of the blades. Carlos V. helped me figure things out with the installation. It took him about 30 seconds to install the blades. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Carlos for your help.

One of the best Autozone experiences ever. This guy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming on a Friday afternoon if he’s on shift.
