Office Depot

The employees at this store were so easy to work with. I had a banner printed here and they helped me with the resolution so that everything came out clear. I drove in from out of town for a convention and was super nervous because an employee at the Office Depot in Mckinney was not friendly or accommodating at all. It is nice to see that some stores still focus on customer service.

The customer service was AMAZING! They need to give Monday & the other young guy a RAISE asap!! They both helped us save some $$. When we subscribed to the Business Select Program it took a while because we were missing info on our part & they were extremely patient with us! They maintained a great attitude & were so kind. On top of that they had a dolley ready to load all our boxes of paper & loaded it into the car for us with no hesitation. We are extremely impressed with their service & this will now be our go to Office Depot. Thank you!!

Store #2218. Couldn't give a 0. Had an WORSE encounter with Tania, the manager, who needs to be terminated. Terrible employee and Manager. As a business person I came in to send a fax off. I asked Tania, the manager the process and was informed that I could use the self-service fax, never explaining how the fax system works. I was charged $30.00 but never received the fax confirmation I needed. After speaking with Tanis again, she informed that it was only if SHE SENT IT, I would get the fax confirmation. I informed that if I knew this and would have her send the fax, so as to receive a fax confirmation. Tania informed me she, herself will sent the fax again and I will receive fax confirmation. She then sent the fax AND CHARGED ME $30.00 AGAIN!!! OFFICE DEPOT STEALING from their customers, what a shame.

In yonder Office Depot did I venture forth, To procure some accessories for my humble device. Ere long, I was met with service of great worth, A young maiden (G), fair of countenance, courteous, and nice. Her beauty matched only by her gracious deed, She guided me to my sought-after wares, Then bore them to the front with utmost speed, And rang me up, dispelling all my cares. Truly, 'twas the zenith of my day, A moment bright amidst the mundane grind. What special training dost thy staff display? For surely management hath an eye refined, To choose with care the most confident and kind. I yearn to return to thy establishment soon. With heartfelt thanks, I bid thee good afternoon!

After running around and calling multiple different Office Depots I was finally able to find one that was extremely helpful!! Big shoutout to Tonya who helped me out personally and made my experience (and overall day) way better!

I sent my assistant in to buy a pack of 110lb Neenah card stock and she accidently bought the 65lb card stock. I went back in the next week to swap it out, un-opened, same price, but couldn't find the receipt. They attempted to give me a refund for $9 and change, and then charge me the retail price of $26.99, because I didn't have my receipt. I then spoke to the manager about it and he just shrugged me off like "well, that's policy attitude". That's insulting! They would have been better off just saying they don't take returns than offer me $9 for what i had just paid $26.99 for! That's pathetic! I've shopped here for over 20 years and now that comes to a screeching halt! Won't be back!

Monday was very helpful and insightful at her job. Excellent customer service!
