It was late at the end of their shifts when I arrived. Have a busted water line on my upper radiator hose, I was concerned that I would not be able to remedy the situation at this late hour. Well let me tell you about these two great guys working the counter. I feel that they went above and beyond to assist me finding a solution to my problem when the actual part was not available. I didn’t have any tools to speak of and these guys loaned me exactly what I needed. I was back on the road in no time. I had never been a loyal customer to O’Reilly’s. That is no longer the case. A deep heartfelt thank you to Christian and Mike for helping us out of a tight spot.
This location was great. If you follow my reviews the one on Marbach is a place I’ll never return too and I believe I said I’d never return to another one but I needed some penetration oil and this was the only store around.
Came by to see if they could switch out my battery since another location assumed they couldn’t do it and Isaiah said he’ll try and got it! He didn’t second guess and still made the attempt and took care of it . Overall experience EXCELLENT

They got the part quickly and collected my payment quickly and everyone was friendly about it. Not a lot more you can ask of them. Months later, different part, edit: Christian or Cristian, didn't get the spelling, was super helpful. They were very busy, being a Saturday, and I needed an alternator tested and warrantied. I could see how busy they were and didn't mind waiting for them to knock the line down. Dude was super professional and apologized several times. Good customer service here at this oreillys
Went there because they were able to custom mix and match paint that I needed for an old machine that was being restored. They did an awesome job. Not many auto parts stores provide that service. I will return for future needs.
