The Home Depot

- [x] I recently visited this Home Depot store #0683 location San Bernardino, CA and had a disappointing experience with the store’s management David Legaspi, Erika, Rocio and Dino. Which all clam to be store managers I felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously and the interaction came across as dismissive. I expect clearer communication and a more helpful attitude from leadership. frustrated. I didn’t feel listened to, and my issue wasn’t resolved in a productive way. Better customer service training and more attention to customer concerns would really improve the experience. I hope the store improves its customer service going forward. After my experience I will no longer be a loyal customer.

Friendly employees (at least the ones I’ve come in contact with) but everyone seems friendly but I’ve only really been here a few times. Came in recently to get something to put down on our apartment patio that’s half dirt/rocks and concrete. So we were mostly in garden and flooring and got some artificial grass. I like to refer to it as your DIY store. They also have a huge collection of seeds out in the garden area. We ended up getting the artificial grass for pets to go on our patio.

I like home depot but DO NOT GET THE ALL STATE INSURANCE ON YOUR PRODUCTS. ULTRA SCAM. I have a ryobi vacuum and the swivel is working so it doesnt stand up right. I had purchased the insurance and they want me ship out my vacuum leaving me without a vacuum so they can try to repair it. Then they said I can find my own vacuum repair shop and submit the invoice. Both options are inconvenient and not practical. I have kids and dogs and we use it everyday. I asked if they can ship me a replacement part and they said no. Smh. ASSURION is wayyy better insurance on products.

Kay in the garden section was so helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had. 1000+ % customer service. I was having a hard time figuring out what product was right for my specific yard and they went out of their way to help me out. It would’ve been a way more stressful trip without this level of customer service!! They made me feel welcome and safe to ask questions. Appreciated the attentive greeting and goodbye after my visit about a week and a half ago ((:

I went in today to home depot around 3:30. I am a plumber and I needed to go and finish a job right away. There was 3 girls standing at a register talking, another customer finally asked if they can get help. I asked another girl standing at the register if she can check me out. She said "sure" and rolled her eyes. You know what I get it, it’s Saturday you don’t want to work my wife is a supervisor for another home depot so she tells me. The whole time she is scanning she is on her phone and not helping at all. Then i asked for a bag and she just hands it to me instead of putting it in the bag while i pay. Poor poor customer service for it not being busy at all. And the are that way because their shift lead or whoever is sitting there talking to them as well.

This store manager don't respect the clearance yellow prices posted on the racks i when yesterday to get 4 items with a clearance price but they sistem was showing a higher price they call the manager only can sell me only one after i show what the price tag says

I like the layout of this store because I feel like I can get to what I need faster than the ones that are super deep. I needed help reaching some Hex Screws that were in a higher shelf and someone called over Rich to help. He was awesome, he helped reach for the screws and even double checked a box that was opened. 100/10 thank you Rich!
