I have been a HUGE FAN of CyberPower Power Inverters for my car. I’ve used one for many years and it has always been a lifesaver while traveling. This is a great company that stands by their customers.

The product already comes with a Defect, so the company orders the customer to destroy a super dangerous business. I almost lost my finger.You hadn't sent this email, so today I did, but you should find another safer way to dispose of it, such as sending it to a place where you collect it, because in this situation this could happen, where the customer could suffer an accident, which in mine I almost ended up with. without fingers.

I called and had a few questions about a product I couldnt find on the website. I spoke with Herb. He was incredibly helpful and patient. He also had some other helpful info I wasn't aware of. 10/10 will be sticking to this company for things of this nature.

The Cyber Power Systems (CPS) is quite a ‘unique’ one: per my just less than 2-month experience, so many, a dozen at least, of its tech’s are simply either don’t care, don’t know, or both, about what they are advising, saying/replying (if ever they do that) or promising. Despite my several chats with the tech’s and explanations of what I need to achieve, their advice to implement RMCARD205 was wrong - I purchased it, and on a very next day had to replace it by the RCCARD100. On top of that, it was followed by a ‘saga’ to obtain from the tech’s a clarity on the advertised 3-years free trial. - Still goes on, BTW. More so, all my purchases - cards, UPS - went through the official distributor, advertised on the CPS’s web page, who accepted and processed the exchange for the correct (and 4 times cheaper!) card. But now, for several weeks, I cannot receive the refund from them. - Yet another trust to the CPS and yet another ‘saga’ as a result. Long story short: the low rating of the company is in ‘harmony‘ with my experience with them. If you don’t want those ‘sagas’ with their service - stay away from it, and save your time and money.

Deserves zero stars . False advertising. This place is a scam . They known to deny customer claims and its clearly evident that there product are faulty when customers are all experiencing the same issues one way or another . Stay away from cyber power systems products . APC is more expensive but better values and more reliable. I have both and needles to say my apc is running fine during the same event that shorted all my other electronics . Start reporting them to BBB . Don’t buy anything from cyber power unless you like to see your money go down the drain
