Unacceptable Delays and Negligent Security ...My recent experience was deeply disappointing and frankly, unacceptable. The check-in process was an absolute ordeal, taking a staggering 44 minutes just to complete the entry formalities. This is an egregious waste of time and shows a profound lack of efficiency and respect for trucks!!!! time.To compound the frustration, the security situation was equally concerning. The security guard, whose primary duty is to ensure safety and vigilance, was found asleep in the guard room. This level of negligence is a serious security risk and completely undermines any sense of safety or professionalism.The combination of an incredibly slow, 44-minute check-in and a sleeping security officer is simply astounding. I strongly urge management to address these critical operational and security failures immediately. This was a truly poor experience.

On February 12 of 2025 an AMAZON driver hit the side of our house causing $1500 dollars in damage. The driver also hit-and-run from the scene and the only reason we found out was the video after the fact - and we still have a 2 foot piece of the truck that was left behind. The driver caused damage, LEFT and didn’t tell us what happened. We also notified Amazon and worked through their claims department BUT they came back with an appraisal of damages to your property in the amount of $214.27 (because that is what their charts and averages say) with the following which is way below the actual cost and the company they work with on claims - ARC. Please keep your cameras on and if any damage, good luck getting a fair agreement. We also have VIDEO evidence as well.

Um the shipping is terrible we ordered cat food for our cats who have breakfast and dinner daily and it was supposed to be here yesterday and never arrived and now they are saying by 10 today this is ridiculous then I called and she said it may be Monday like this is flipping insane I'm broke from ordering there food on here and so now my poor cats are having to go without they have dry food but one of my cats doesn't eat dry food so I'm gonna have to borrow money in order to go get him some food from dollar store since they haven't brought us there food terrible shipping this needs to get better awful

The delivery department for this facility is horrible. In 4 months I have had multiple packages thay were "out for delivery " that never show up. Mysterious the packages get lost after they are on the truckto ne delivered. Amazon customer service is a joke. Speak to multiple people and every person has a different reason as to what has happened. They can't even keep their stories straight.

Their drivers like throwing packages in the yard instead of going up the driveway. We asked this particular driver before not to do this, and she said " it’s not convenient ".
