Ruined part of my laptop. I brought my laptop in to have RAM installed. It was done quickly, probably too quickly. It had never had any work done on it, so it had never been opened to expose any internal parts. When l received it back the network adapter was not not working, it is missing. The entire plug is gone! The laptop was not resealed properly and my emails to them have been ignored. I contact by email because phone calls can be claimed to have never happened. I do not recommend using this shop for anything. There is a difference for an incidental thing happening, vs destroying an entire part of the PC’s hardware system. Notice in the photo how the entire adapter to plug a LAN wire into is just gone. A LAN wire in the spot just sits there as opposed to clicking into place. So thank you to the people that did this and now will not respond.

I just popped into the store to see if an employee could help me with a charging port problem on my iPhone, and the gentleman behind the counter fixed my issue within minutes. If you have problems with your phone and want good customer service, go to CPR!

I brought my phone in on Tuesday to simply get my screen fix; everything else was working just fine. Now, my charger port doesn't work. I want a refund ! Do not come here

My mother’s cell phone speaker stopped working and I honestly wasn’t even going to try to get it repaired since it’s an older iPhone. I figured the cost of the repair wouldn’t be worth it but omg I was so surprised! $50 total for part and labor and 2 days later she had her phone back! Great guys - very professional. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
