Specifically wanted to shoutout Melissa in Printing Services. I had to unfortunately print some lost pet flyer's and not only did she do the job quickly and efficiently after walking me through the options, but she went above and beyond, especially in the empathy department, while remaining a total professional. I dealt with 4 different employees and they all were helpful and good at their jobs, Howe er Melissa is the type of employee that makes you choose Staples over a competitor even if it's a bit of an extra drive.

Our conversation went beyond the usual customer service exchange; they showed genuine care and patience as I shared both the technical tasks I needed completed and the emotional weight tied to them, especially as they relate to my late son. They helped me feel comfortable with allowing others to assist me, both in the moment and in the broader journey I’m navigating. Their kindness reminded me that meaningful service is not just about completing a task, but about showing humanity in the process. I left Staples feeling valued, supported, and most importantly with a sense of trust in the two individuals who served me. Staples is truly lucky to have them, and I was lucky to have been in their care that day. Thank you for making a lasting impact.

I want 2 Staples in shrews.Very, so they would be able to help me out in printing.The paperwork that I needed, the staff did not have a printer to print out what I needed didn't know how to do it. Data and provide any alternatives for my needsData and provide any alternatives for my needs.They said that they don't do that there.nAnd I would have to go somewhere else.There was no customer assistance. My overall impression of my visit was awful.I thought to myself there just to get a paycheck , not to help customers out with their products

Very knowledgeable associates who work here. Super friendly and smart! They helped me with ink cartridges and a new printer. I’ve been coming here for years and have always had an easy experience. The store is clean, well organized and the staff are always there to help you, no problem. Thank you for all your help!

This Staples is great. The store is clean and easy to navigate. Staff gives good product suggestions and it's easy to get in and out of the store. I didn't use print services this time, but I have always been pleased with these services as well.

Went here this pasted Sunday 4-30-23 ,with my dad he needed a "recipe book" . Our Cashier Layla, was super sweet and friendly. I miss our Worcester Staples store they went out of business about 1 1/2 ago, atlease they put one of my favorite stores " TJMAXX/ Home Goods to replace the Worcester Staples. I could get lost in that store. I love shopping there .

David was so very helpful to me the other day when I came in looking for boxes. He ended up telling me how I could order the boxes and then explaining to me all about some printers because I had mentioned a printer need. He was very personable and Had so much knowledge of the store and its products!
