Customer service makes this my first stop for batteries every time. Car batteries? They'll make sure it's not the alternator. Battery for my kids' mini ATV? Quickly found the right size and they even soldered the terminals for me at no charge faster than I can do it myself.

Cheated my wife! They installed smaller battery on her new vehicle ! Dealer says it has to be at least 850 cold crank, they installed smaller battery because they didn't have right one in stock, as I found out later, they said it's too late. Customer agreed on that battery. They used advantage of the woman and cheated her on spot! They sold her battery for $280 at the same time she could buy Interstate battery from Costco for $180 and it could be the right battery. they are refers to fix problem. Previously, I had to replace batteries twice because they don't last long at all. My motorcycle battery lasted t only one year I would never recommend to anyone.

Kirstin, (sorry If I spelled your name wrong). Was aaaamazing! We every one at this store was! Kept me up to date, very understanding, super customer service! Kirstin, replaced my old Samsung Note 10 plus 5G battery. I was sooo afraid i was going to lose all of my files as of course when one has a phone issue is never backed up. NOT ONE file lost, it works great! Highly Recommend her and this store, everyone is awesome!

Needed a new motorcycle battery. Specific size needed to fit. They had it in stock and since it’s a flooded battery they filled it for me and I was quickly on my way. Motorcycle is happy and starts nicely now.

They take your money and don't give you the product. When you raise a stink about it they kick you out and ban you from the store. Just a store full of thieves and liars. Would not recommend to anyone

I purchased a brand new lithium motorcycle battery along with a NOCO Lithium battery charger. I finally got the chance to use it the other day. After two days of using it this charger stopped working. I called the store and they told me tough luck it’s been over 14 days since I got it. It’s not like I’ve had it for months or years. Even the manufacturer said to take it back to the store when I called them for warranty issues. The person on the phone at Batteries plus was rude and didn’t seem to care about my situation at all, they kept yawning over the phone like he just got up. I would not recommend this store to anybody. The charger has to be mailed back to the manufacturer at my expense which cost about half of what I paid for it already. I have read online and lots of issues with this brand of charger from other people. I already replaced it with a Battery Tender brand for lithium batteries which is the brand I had been using for years with the old non lithium battery and everything is great. Guess it pays to stick with what you know works. Wish I never let them talk me into the NOCO charger or as I call it the NO-GO.

I got the back glass on my phone fixed here in 2023 and this last Friday took it in to get looked at. He opened it and saw that whoever fixed the back of my phone didn’t screw the earpiece speaker in at all and the loud speaker was missing multiple screws. On top of that, when the screen was bulging on my phone Feb last year they told me to replace my screen they were wanting $600. Either way, it’s been a terrible experience that has gone on for 2 years.
