I've gone there on a few occasions. I ordered a smart watch online, and the pickup was easy. Though I went in store for a case and screen protector/camera protector for my Pixel 10 Pro. They had only a few cases, and only 1 option for a screen protector. Absolutely no camera protectors in store. So overall, good. But could be better with options. Had so many accessories for iPhones. Almost none for Google phones.
Leave it up to this Best Buy location to screw up my whole viewpoint towards Best Buy whom I've conducted business with for 25 years now. Absolutely incompetent people here, especially the management. Long story short, my son is making his 2nd 2 hour round trip back home today... empty handed. I do not have words to express how angry I am with these people. Lack of communication, poor training, poor leadership and 0 out of 5 stars on their customer relations ability. Best Buy, you lost a customer today that has spent a lot of money. I hope it was worth it. Don't worry everyone, they treat paid membership customers this way. So im sure the average person stopping by will really enjoy their level of service. Not again!
Shout out to Jacob in the cellphone department. I recently lost my phone to theft and needed to quickly replace it while deactivating my old phone. He was kind, respectful and patient! While my experience at BestBuy took a couple hours (to no one’s fault) Jacob was more than willing to assist with my needs.
i was looking to purchase a new fridge and microwave, a nice young man named keegan was very helpful with assisting me in finding exactly what i was looking for. I've never met someone so respectful and also just so dang good looking. I will be back to the store whenever i need any new appliances. What can i say i love a good ginger boy here and there!!
I purchased a remote car starter with installation included. Only to find out the store in Sioux Falls SD can’t install the product. Closest installation facility is 100 miles away. That would mean 3 hours driving round trip plus installation time. Trying to get help from Best Buy’s customer service is a joke 1st it’s call bots, then I had to talk to 4 different customer service reps. Very frustrating .
My experience at Best Buy was horrible. The cashier who helped me acted like he did not want to be there and like helping customers was too much for him. I asked a simple question and he gave me a short and vague answer that made no sense. When I tried again to get a clearer response, he repeated himself and only made me more confused. He never smiled, never made me feel welcome, and even sighed before answering me which was extremely rude. Because of his negative treatment, I left the store upset and disrespected. I will never return to this Best Buy. Honestly, I wonder if it is really that hard to be nice and respectful towards people.
