Fleet Farm

So I never leave a review ever. I use to shop here but had a couple bad experiences. Couple buddies told me the place had improved so I decided to go back to check it out. As I was walking down the sporting goods section and I was approached by Alex. Super friendly manager! I told him I was looking for some hunting gear for this upcoming season. He gave me tremendous customer service. Than Jim another employee came over as Alex was about to go home for the day. Alex assured me Jim was the man who would be a great help to me and was he! I think this new management team they got at fleet farm is getting this place back to its old roots! Signed back up for my loyalty and definitely will be taking my business back to that sporting good section! Hope this reaches the actually store manager so He/She knows that because of them two employees, they brought back an old customer!

Decent selection, mid-level prices. Short staffed. I was there for 45 minutes and I saw one employee in the hunting and fishing area. They were on the store phone. He clearly saw me waiting but then disappeared when my back was turned. I guess I bring my question to Ace hardware. They the checkout person was very pushing about their rewards. Like seriously rude about it.

I often stop in to get supplies for my chickens! The store is very large and has a good selection of items, from clothing, hardware, hunting and fishing, pet supplies, food, automotive, etc. Etc. It's a nice store and kept up very well, and a very pleasant staff.

This place is awesome! A boy from Oklahoma could spend all day in here and go broke. It’ like a Lowe’s, Atwoods, Hardware Store, clothing store, Bass Pro shop all in one. Thanks for the friendly service.

The first time that I stopped in was about 8 months ago and I was looking for a part for a wood burner that the website stated they had in stock. When I first walked into the store and started searching for my area, it was clear that I didn't know where to look, but as I walked past 10 different employees, not one acknowledged me. When I found my area, I couldn't locate the piece so then I set out to find an employee and there wasn't one in that area. I walked back down where I started and finally found someone. He was useless. His response when he couldn't find it either is that I am going to call it we don't have it in stock even though his little computer thing said otherwise. He finally found the employee who worked in the area in the break room. She came out and didn't have a flipping clue what I was looking for. She told me the website isn't reliable on what they have on hand and they are working on making the better. Needless to say, after an hour, I finally found the part on my own in that area by different parts. The staff needs to have a lot more training in the areas that they are working. So be careful if you want knowledgeable answers. I was so irritated by it all, I wrote into customer service about my experience and never received any type of response from them. Here we are 8 months later and my husband wanted to try it out and we did. Plus, I was on the lookout for canning lids. We noticed many things are pretty expensive and even if they say clearance, it doesn't seem like a deal. The store is large and clean. They have many different types of things, but I don't find myself frequenting it. We did ask one person where canning stuff was and he knew where to send us at least. We had a rebate and the cashier told us where to get the paperwork, but it was empty so we had to talk with customer service. No canning lids and the bullets are very limited. So, they are picked over like many other places as well. Both visits, the cashiers were friendly. We did, however, buy some of their trail mix and dried fruit and were pleased with them.

First time in Fleet Farm. Was back in the gun department and Alex was a phenomenal help! Got the gun I wanted and I will definitely be coming back! Great customer service from other employees as well!!

This is hands down the best Fleet Farm I’ve ever been in! They truly have everything — from a massive pet section with toys and supplies (which is why we stopped in for a new dog collar and more poop bags) to tons of beautifully laid-out products throughout the store. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, and there’s even a grocery section, not just the standard fleet farm candy bags. It was incredible. The only downside was the self-checkout. My kids wanted to help, and things got a bit chaotic with items going on and off the scale, which confused the machine. It took quite a while for someone to come assist us, even after several intercom calls and a flashing light at our station, and multiple employees walked by without stopping to help. Still, the store itself is fantastic, and I’d absolutely go back — just might stick to a staffed checkout line next time!
