Online orders are ready in a timely manner. If your looking to rent equipment to go with your order, do it elsewhere. I ordered concrete online and when I called to rent a mixer I was told I had to race the guy who called 20 min ago. I offered to pay over the phone and was repeatedly told No. Go down the street to ABC rentals, better price and the guy helped me load it!

Menards is so much more than tools and home improvement. So starting off in the parking lot, looking at the building, you enter on the left side and exit on the right si a good deal of people tend to park in the center or on the right if they plan to make a large purchase. When you go inside, yes, for sure, you will see an overwhelming amount of home improvement items, however, you will also see lots of normal "home" items as well. What I mean by that is charging cords, food, cleaning supplies, clothing, pet supplies, and so much more. I also find, even without the rebate, which I find obnoxious, the items are actually priced very reasonablely. I always make it a point to buy our dog bones there because they are a better price than the pet stores and they have a great variety of dog toys. I also find great items for my cats as well. I love Menards and enjoy my adventure through the store each time I go in.

I did not have to ask for help people would come up to me and ask if I was finding everything OK. Very very helpful atmosphere.

I recently stopped by to pick up a very specific item and came across Manny who was so kind and helpful! He even went out of his way to get the right people to help me find what I needed despite the late hour and shorter staffing!

Terrible store. I bought a log splitter. It fired for half a second and the motor locked up. Had to drive it 20 miles to a service center for warranty work which then I was told it locked up because there is no hydraulic fluid in the splitter. Even though when I bought it the return line was full of fluid. But menards doesn't fill there stuff with fluid. So I had to drive about 80 miles for 2 trips to this service center to pick it up and drop it off which then I had to pay the 33 dollar service fee to have them look at it which menards required me to do before I could bring it back. Then when I asked for reimbursement for the service fee I was told no they don't do that since its not covered under warranty since there was no fluid in the hydraulics. Even though the return line had hydraulic fluid in it in the store where it sat it has a clear hydraulic return line that had hydraulic fluid in it. So I spent 1275 dollars spent a bunch of gas in my truck to get it looked at then spent 33 dollars for them to look at it and only got my 1275 dollars back. I spent 1275 dollars so that I could not have a splitter for over 2 weeks and so I could spend a bunch extra in service fees and gas that I'm out of because they sold me something that had to be a returned item since they DONT PUT FLUID IN THERE EPUIPMENT AT ALL EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS FLUID IN THE DAMN THING. DONT BUY FROM HERE ITS A GIANT RIP OFF.

My buddy went down here to get some mulch and the worker by the name of "quinn" was pretty rude and unhelpful, kind of uncharacteristic of menards

Rose in the lights section is such a great employee. My husband and I were looking for a specific outlet and could not find it! Rose helped us locate the area it was supposed to be to find out they were out of stock. She then found some in the back for us and found us in the store asking if we still needed our original item. She was so helpful and everything Menards as a company should value.
