Nyberg's ACE - 10th & Sycamore

Ace is my go to place for harder to find quality hardware and nuts/bolts. Today I was looking for a hard to find stainless steel bolt and was able to easily find what I needed. Experienced a minor problem with my receipt and the cashier very helpful in resolving the issue. Excellent customer service. Well pleased.

The reason for the rating is for propane refills I payed $4.39 that is with the 20% customer appreciation so regular price is approximately 5.28 a gallon at Sioux Falls. U-Haul of Sioux Falls is only 3.33 a gallon so I went there to fill (2) 30 lb tanks for my camper. Never again from ace hardware explain to me like I am a 5yr old. The reason. Just another example of greedy Owner.

Staff is extremely helpful. Everyone you walk by asks if you need anything. They have always answered my questions honestly, even if saves me money.

Great selection of all sorts of items. The associates are always willing to help you find what you need. Tools, hardware, gardening supplies from dirt all the way up through harvest and everything in between. In the spring they have a good selection of flowers in the outdoor tents. In the late fall they have Christmas trees. Power tools for the little projects all the way up to major home renovation. They may not have everything, but they are my first stop when I need something!

I tried 3 times over two weeks, and no one in THAT store was willing to help me - I'm standing there with a confused look on my face staring at stihl kombi attachments - they walk right past me without skipping a beat. I ended going to the 41st street location and was helped by a very nice young man. Walked out with my km111, its 3 attachments and a blower. thanks sycamore.

Stopped in for furnace filters and ended up with a cart full of various project supplies. We'll staffed with highly engaged team members. I'm always happy with the service and good quality products.

Went to one down town. Manager was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
