I struggle finding bmx stuff in person, this store gave me the opportunity to shop for some parts in person. Very helpful fella working, he was kind and made sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to rent a bike for a couple of days so I could have my own wheels while visiting family in Sioux Falls. The guy in the rental department was super friendly and patient. He allowed me to take a spin in the parking lot with both an electric pedal assist bike and a regular non-electric hybrid bike. I opted for the electric one. It saved my legs a little while still allowing me to get some exercise with the pedal assist.Also, a helmet and a lock are included. The light turns on automatically when you have the bike in pedal assist mode. I would highly recommend this store. rate was reasonable and the staff very knowledgeable. Just FYI the electric Trek bike is super heavy almost 50 lbs.

Great experience here! Definitely made me feel good about going in even though I didn't have a lot of an idea about my bike since I'm new to it. Definitely felt welcome as a beginner here!

I rented a Trek Marlin this weekend and the experience went perfectly. The bike was ready for pickup on time and ran very well. Staff was happy to install my pedals and gave me directions to the trail. Great experience- thank you SFBC!

Great local bike shop. Everybody on the team is very passionate about bikes. I feel confident knowing a lifelong mechanic like Blake built my new Pivot Point and went over everything before I got to take it home. Highly recommend.

Rented a bike while I was in town visiting family. Everything for the rental process was online and easy. The morning of the day I was renting it was raining and they called to see if I wanted to switch the rental to the next day and made all the arrangements. Once I was there, they fitted the bike for me, adjusted the handlebars, and when my tap-to-pay didn't work, they spotted me a couple of dollars for a drink (carb/hydration) mix. I was hoping to get 40 miles in, but was running out of time, and when I pulled up at 2 min before they closed, the first thing they asked was if I got my 40 in. I told them I was a little bit short and they told me to get going and get my last mile in and they'd stick around until I was done. Overall excellent customer service, the bike was in great shape, and just a very great group of people!
