Special ordered a stair stringer and one of the steps was completely broken off, then had to load up $500+ in 16' ceder planks and a handful of other lengths but had pallets of drywall that we had to climb around... this was not the first time this happened at this store either can makes sorting through their warped wood challenging especially with a bad back you think they would've put it in the middle of the aisle out of the way.

I love the variety on the Milwaukee tools they have. That's the only tool my husband uses. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Very organized store.

Helpful employees that pointed me in the right direction of flooring. Limited available option for sticksble tile. i think only 4 options but still had enough inventory for the job i needed. I even found some good deals on the tools needed that werent too ovely expensive and fit the budget

We purchased some trees earlier this summer and they did not make it. Their warranty is one year, and they were super easy to return and get new ones. Keep your receipt or use the app though. Nice to deal with this type of service.

Beware of ordering cabinets through Kraftmaid at Home Depot. We spend thousands of dollars and they are almost all scratched and glue showing. We had replacements sent and those are also scratched. They going to reach out to their rep and have not heard anything back. I have emailed wanting an update with no response. They were good at responding at first and now they are clearly avoiding having to deal with the problem. I should have known when they sent the person to measure and they scratched the walls while measuring. Reported the problems and was told management would be calling which they never did!

Gave it a two star because the cashier was a sweetheart but didn't catch her name. I shopped at Home Depot today, hoping they would price match their competition. When I asked, they said they will price match in town but not online business, such as Amazon or even Home Depot online. I showed them two receipts from Fleet Farm and Lowe's. They barely looked at it and went back and forth to find it online, eventhough they don't price match online. After much deliberation they determined they would not pricematch Fleet Farm or Lowe's. They cited Fleet Farm was showing a "Clearance Event" on the receipt and that Lowe's ONLINE says a higher price. The Sioux Falls Home Depot slogan on price matching should read, "We don't Price Match". I rarely go to Home Depot and today I was reminded why.

I've always been impressed with the customer service at Home Depot. We recently renovated our kitchen and purchased Kraftmaid cabinets through Home Depot. We worked with a designer there named Linnie who did an incredible job. We couldn't be happier with the final result. In the end, we also purchased our appliances from the Home Depot.
