I called the Smithfield location this morning, because i saw a good price on a battery and I thought mine was bad. The teenage boy I talked to, he was nice, but they don’t help change batteries. I was kind of shocked about it. I went to O’Reillys and the young lady checked my battery, sold me one and replaced it.I gave her a tip, because that was such a big deal for me. I don’t have the tools, I wasn’t at my house, I don’t know anything about cars and my son lives 50 + miles away. Napa has always been my go to, but not anymore.
Very friendly staff who are attentive and helpful. Most of the parts I needed were there and the rest were able to be ordered and in my hands within 2 days.
Best parts store in town, over 90 years of parts knowledge available. Great people. And here to help. And great parts too! Come see the holiday sales!

Dan was the sales rep and found just about all that was available with filters due to a Nat'l shortage on the filters I required. Saved me a lot of hassle going to other supply chains.
Service is excellent.
The guys here know there stuff, and there stuff is higher quality then the competition. Im a commercial fisherman and always go to napa whenever i need something electrical to an oil filter.
