Absolutely terrific from start to finish! Every employee I have encountered has been incredibly professional, kind, and friendly. Julia in particular has been a customer service rockstar. The facility is immaculate, and so are the storage units - it even smells nice! All the elevators and carts are simple to access and operate. I’ve been there now during office hours and after - Arcos feels safe for both me and my belongings. Completely recommend!

I used Arco’s to store my belongings for 18 months and had a phenomenal experience with them. The storage lockers are very clean and secure, and the staff are extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating. Moreover the price was very affordable too. A special shoutout to Nicole and Julia who were always so helpful and easy to reach. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for storage!

I couldn't have been happier with Arco's Self Storage. Their buildings and lockers are clean and secure. The staff was fantastic across shifts and years working with them. They were even able to accommodate my business as we grew and needed to start receiving packages shipped directly to the locker. Would definitely recommend.

The person who first helped me made me feel safe, supported, and even like family, giving me hope when I needed it most. Julie and everybody at Arco's goes above and beyond to ensure high quality service and happy customers. I had to move my things in here after an unfortunate rodent issue in my family's attic where I was storing my things while traveling. Julie not only walked me through all of the fine print and laid out all of my options, but she also took the time to get to know me and my situation. Which made me feel well taken care of as the newest member of the Arco family. Although my time here was brief I can confidently recommend this family run Bay Area business.

I shopped around for a storage facility and am very happy to have chosen Arco’s. Julie patiently answered all of my questions and helped me determine the best size unit to meet our family’s needs. She also sent videos of the facility and the different units we were considering. Julie was professional, understanding, easy to work with and really helped to make this part of our move stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and appears well taken care of. They have their own parking lot and move-in with a large truck with seamless. I highly recommend checking out Arco’s!
