Front desk are nice people. Mice was everywhere in my storage unit… I sent an email to the insurance and never got an email back. The storage unit never fixed the mice issue. I never had mice or any pest nor food in my storage unit. TILL NOW NOTHING IS STILL SOLVE. had left the storage unit….

Called into Customer Service over the phone and Noah completed my unit rental and was absolutely amazing!! He answered all my questions, was very professional, patient and really nice! Noah was much better and more professional than the two woman at the actual facility with no customer service experience. Thank you Noah!!!

Amazing customer service! Madeline was extremely helpful during the whole process! The property is extremely clean and different experience. The property is cleaned by these employees on top of their day to day task!! Amazing they are stellar ! They need a raise!

I’ve had an excellent experience here since July 2025. The facility is clean and quiet, and the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I needed to transition to a larger unit, they were prompt and ready with options—no hassle at all. I’ve had zero issues since using their service. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent storage facility right off the 22 that is clean, convenient and competitively priced. From reserving the unit online to checking in, the process was seamless. Tahira, who checked us into our unit, was super friendly and helpful. Facility also provides push carts right by the loading docks, which made moving everything easy. Highly recommend!

Excellent team service, from cleaning personnel to management. Natalie was extremely helpful in answering our questions and requests. We even get a lot of package including freights delivery and they were happy to help and locate in our storage area.
