The blue eyed 7 month on the job just getting by speak like a 7th grader. Scanned an item of higher value and tells you the other item isn’t in inventory and chargers the higher amount for the item that is on the shelf aka inventory stock. The fact is this learn customer service if you choose that be this line of work. Learn to listen to customers greet customers with a welcoming manner. If you don’t know tell the client I’m new I’ll find out and get the manager. Training training , training who does the interviews and qualifications training for that person too And wear team uniform makes a better work place everyone on the same plateau Remember insulting your clients will never get you anywhere. Do not go to this store, they actually don't deserve any stars but that's not an option. First, the store reeks of weed, so there's no adult supervision stopping the "employees" from getting high at work. This should have made us run out of the store but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We brought a phone, which we wanted to attach wireless internet to. They took a total payment of $150.33, and when they went to activate our phone they determined it was locked. They would not refund $110.00 saying that's their policy notwithstanding there being no policy signs in the store. Mason even told me if we were on the street it would be a different story. Jeremiah called the cops on us. The store has a bunch of wanna be SI thugs working there. Stay far away from this place! Do yourself a favor and give your business to a place that respects people!

I just want to take to opportunity to thank every employee at this Metro PCS store on Forest Ave for their EXCELLENT Customer Relations Skills! I have always walked out of that store very happy because of their assistance with ever problem I had. Keep up the great work guys! Robb
