T-Mobile

I got the most terrible experience visiting this store today. My friends told me T-Mobile is good, but my first time visiting this store, its a terrible experience. The staff needed to be trained and given orientation on effective service delivery using customer's centered approach. The guy that attended to me will not speak to know one on the phone and wouldn't even speak to their office customer care representative. If he doesn't like his job, he should quite and get a life! I will never refer no one to T-Mobile, I care less about their network or publicity. I have never rated anyone poorly and hardly give negative comment on my reviews, but this, there is no excuse. If there is anything less than one star, I will rate them. Their customer care called their office, even when I was struggling to get their address and code, they are very uncopporative and unsupported. My kinds are few in their neighborhood so, I wouldn't blame their actions and negative attitudes. I will switch back to my previous network in few days, I care less about anything T-Mobile just for this first time negative attitude!

The reps were super friendly. It was unfortunate that they couldn't assist me. Something that should have been readily available to me had to be ordered online.

New renovations are so nice and comfortable. Arianna so was helpful and knowledgeable on what to do when getting my phone upgraded. Highly recommend!

I was just i the t Mobil store o Staten Island 34 Barret Avenue in the Forest Avenue Shopping Center. I would like to tell how good the service was. They were very helpful. I am a 75year old woman who does not always understand things on the phone. The staff is very helpful in helping me to understand. I am hoping you recognize the work and help they give. A representative acknowledged me as next. I stated I was not in need of service but was looking to be shown The new foldable galaxy phone. Female representative lifted her arm Looked all the way across the store furthest away at a display of maybe 16 phones and said it's over there. I playfully said with a smile even though I was aggravated, I am an old fellow and in need of assistance.Would you please show it to me? She then stated it was on the left hand side of the display. Her disdain for her job was evident as she grimaced while prying herself from the seat. As I followed her and she reached the display, she kept her back, turned towards me and said, and I can only assume she was pointing at it. It's this one she exclaimed. But I could not see it, because she was blocking the entire display by standing with her back toward me. I simply said, I cannot see cause you are blocking the display. I then asked her to hand it to me as I walked around her. She did not pick it up.So I did, and I said this one, and she said, yes. I said, would you demonstrate it for me? And proceeded to hand it to her, she would not reach out to receive it. I put it on the counter in front of the display and said, I will step back as you step forward to take it. That is when the manager came over and started to take her side Entirely and had asked me to leave. Obviously I became slightly belligerent and complied as I was walking to the door I exclaimed, I would complain about this and now I have. I have been a customer of t mobile for over fifteen years.And have utilized this facility since it had opened. My original review was five stars years ago, but now I have to retract that and give it a complete zero. I was looking for an excuse to change.Providers, and this might have just nudged me over the edge.
