I woke up to a dead battery. Grrr. I called AAA and the mobile mechanic checked my battery and alternator determining a new battery to replace the original one was needed. He recommended Battery Source as an option to replace my battery. He told me the battery size needed and explained the probable price of having them replaced the battery. I took his advice and drove over there. I was promptly greeted and was able to pull my car in the service bay. I told Kevin what I needed and he explained the costs upfront and once I approved, he immediately changed out the battery. (AAA was spot on with the estimate.) I am very pleased with the service I received and the five year warranty on my battery. I would definitely go return if needed and recommend them.

The team went above & Beyond assisting me. After replacing two tires, my vehicle battery died & your team spent 35/45 minutes helping me get it started. this group is very polite. I do everything they can to help you.

I've always got good sales and service at battery source, this was the first time when I told the salesman what I wanted his first response was we don't install those. So I ask do you have one and will he be able to sell me one. I eventually got the battery for the aux battery on my Jeep. Thats still one of my stores for battery needs. All is well that ends well.

Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and can quickly replace a battery in the most bizarre locations wherever BMW and Mercedes decide to hide them - under the spare ithe trunk, rear fender, or under the backseat. I recommend Battery Source, and specifically Dan, whenever anyone asks where to get their batteries checked or replaced.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and even educational. I appreciate their keeping good records of the work done, and they honored a warranty once with genuine enthusiasm—just "hey, so glad that’s covered for you, let’s get you fixed pronto."

As I called around, trying to find the correct batteries for my golf cart. Once I got a hold of battery source, I knew I, what's that the right place. They were very cordial and nature.
